     Junghwan is more on the reculsive side, he doesn’t really like to be the one who initiates a conversation first, he will sit on a corner in a room full of people rather socialize with them. He is cautious on choosing people he’ll let in beyond his barriers; there are only a fair amount of people who have succeeded… yet. Though Jung hwan is more than that fun is the word that defines Jung hwan; he’s always seen grinning and playful to others he’s comfortable with especially to his friends. He likes pulling pranks and testing new tricks to people as if he doesn’t lost ideas of ways to annoy people and sometimes he goes over the line. Junghwan will immediately ask for an apology and tries not to messes up again which somehow he does it well for a prankster.

     Adding up to the mischievious of this not-so-likely happy-go-lucky dude; he’s bluntness. • weapons - although he is good with hand-to-hand combat fighting never rely on him with weapons. he tried learning how to use a pistol but he almost robbed juliet's life; he decided he will not come near any weapons again.

background — 
  jung hwan was brought up to be a respectful young man. There will be different tutors who used to come their home and taught him etiquette and what not but being exposed to do this kind of nature made him sick. He didn't find it very useful so when there is gatherings that requires the whole choi family to attend he sits in a corner but sometimes he can't stop himself from embarassing the whole family with his bluntess and naturally playful attitude. This makes his parents get furious at his manners. Jung hwan feel frustrated over his parents how he needs to reach their expectations. He used to be closed with his father but as he grew up they grdually drifted apart from all the arguements. The only people he can trust in his family was his socialite sister and his grandfather who was more like a father to him than his own biological dad.

  This pressure made him to create walls around him and trust issues since he had been living his life. he doesn't socialize much with other people beside his bestfriends and swim club members. even though he is quite famous at school for being one of the best swimmers in their club and the vice president of the student council jung hwan do not use these as advantages to make him feel superior in any way.

history — 

ha yi and jung hwan have been child hood enemies; jung hwan would always play pranks on her yet ha yi managed to get revenge on him most of the time. at the moment they have crossed each other's paths on a party held by jung hwan's older sister's friend - a new war will be emerging on the battle field. their relationship is no near unicorns and rainbows; ever since ha yi transferred to his school and have her as his classmate, the class would be filled with bickering, childish playfights, and trying to outstand the other from exams to school contests. yet suprisingly they could still stand each other's prescence.
