So it was leaked today that Yonghwa was supposed to play the second male lead in You Who Came From The Stars... Well on one hand I am gald that he didn`t play this role because there seems to be hell lot of kissing scenes in this drama... (NO ONE TOUCH MY BABY) But on the other hand, this drama has been the top Thursday drama with ratings of 31.3%. Of course this is another case of FNC rejecting a drama which the artist himself wanted to act in. Yonghwa was actually preparing for this drama. He planned to do Marry Him If You Dare first then this but suprise suprise suprise he didn`t get this role. 

Although I hate to admit it but, as much as he is a great actor, (<33333333333), he has yet to be in a drama which gives him ultimate and immediate stardom in the acting industry. 

You Are Beautiful, he has gained much recognition from it no doubt, but he wasn`t the first male lead, so the spotlight on him is limited.

Heartstrings (my favourite drama ever seriously) he was the first male lead so he got the girl (YAY) but the ratings were low. Probabbly due to bad timing since it was competing against City Hunter if I am not wrong. Nevertheless I love Heartstrings its so ligh hearted and when the characters meet a problem its like the end of the world for them. Pretty much like what I am going through right now. 

Marry Him If You Dare, I really enjoyed Park Se Joo`s character. His gentle, loving side and his darker, chaebol, I-only-care-about-ratings side really grew on me. But then again, we have got the annoying, irritating thing called ratings.  I guess it wasn`t that bad of a drama, the main idea is not bad, but the way the plot progressed... And the ending. The plus point here is his acting skills which improved hell loads since Heartstrings. I love that smirk of him OMG. Even though Yonghwa wasn`t the first male lead but many news articles focused alot on his acting in this drama. So I guess he did gain something out of this afterall. Well, he better.

It seemed to me that Yonghwa really wanted to act in You Who Came From The Stars, (poor baby sobs) but he still joyfully (?) happily (?) take on MHIYD despite the low viewership. Seeing him smilling and laughing and acting like his weird, childish self on the set seriously made my heart break and warmed it at the same time. Okay how is that even possible. Putting it crudely, it has been a hit and miss for him, twice. One, The Heirs. Two, You Who Came From The Stars.  

I know you don`t regret every decision you have made. I respect that. You need to know that I would be here for you, always.
