honestly i dont know anything about graphic but it really preety!!! but the background's colour was too brighted~ but for me it really beautiful!!

I think its really pretty, but the background colour can be less striking, maybe a pastel pink would be nice
I think font wise a more playful font works better
The stock/texture (idk what you call it basically the thing in the bg) is of rather low quality maybe a higher quality one would be better
The characters in the bg, I see that you've used the glow thingy. Im guessing the theme is romcom/fluff, so why not be more bold with the outline ;)

The title could hardly be seen because everything else is big and bold, try varying different sizes and fonts. The background color could be lighter (and pink-er), the fuchsia is too distracting

but i suggest you go play with fonts more!
