nah, don't worry...bet it happen to many other writers...happened to me in the past too...when some readers got angry i didn't make their OTPs end up together...lol. just have pride in your writing n ignore those unsubs...(i'm a little cruel though, sometimes i go block them so they won't be able to secretly continue read after unsubbing...cuz that's just unfair. haa)
