Get me out of here, anyone?

I'm deep in my feels this morning, which started yesterday night before I went to sleep. My heart is thumping, I'm a little bit shaky, and the windy and cold weather outside is making everything worse. For some reason, I feel so anxious and I dunno how to calm myself. Is there anyone here who can share a few tips on what I can do? I rarely feel like this and I hate that its happening on a Friday when everyone is supposed to be happy...

kinda late LOL but next time you can just relax and listen to music and warm up, or maybe talk it out with someone?

Drink some warm drinks. Like soup, hot chocolate, etc.
Take some deep breaths.
Listen to some music. Ballads?
