Two Worlds Apart: Preview

I shouldn't even be writing or even attempting to create a new story, yet this one popped up out of nowhere.

I've titled it, "Two Worlds Apart", it was a title I used for an abandon story that I lost interest in continuing.

Instead of a multishot, this story will actually be a full lengthed with a slow developing romance. If you're not into something slow paced, then it's alright if you skip out on this one.

But it only is centered on Taeny with some potential Yulsic scenes in it.

The plot focused mainly on Tiffany, who doesn't have a choice when it comes to death. Her life is deteriorating from a sickness she can no longer cure. She desires a new life, a new world, and so, the dreams began. In every dream she has, she sees a blonde, who vows to take her away. But soon, she realizes that some dreams can come true.

It's not as original as I thought it would be but I hope it does turn out alright once I start writing the first chapter.

Anyway, here's a preview.

Preview: Her Dream

The cool, crisp air caressed her dark tresses, letting the few lone strands fall into her eyes. She could only inhale, greedily taking in oxygen to satiate the emptiness within her heart. Yet, her eyes spilled her inner emotions.

"Death is not a choice." The word left her lips in a bitter statement. She could only look down at her trembling hands, noting the noticeable veins popping up from under skin. It was the only indication she had to know that her body was slowy deterioating, either from her lack of appetite or the sickness she had been cursed upon.

She eyed the sky, gazing up at the billows of ivory clouds and the ocean-like sky. She could feel her chest heave up and down exhaustedly, as if breathing were a struggle.

Her muscles tensed, hearing the soft footsteps enter the air. The sound was light, almost too quiet for her to decipher. Yet it was there, echoing softly behind her, as if attempting to sneak upon hear. She only closed her eyes, anticipating the action of the approaching person.

"Indeed, death is not a choice." A silky voice rasped from behind her. The voice was soft yet had a slight huskiness to it. Somehow, it drew her in, as if it were beckoning her to follow.

"I'll die eventually." She replied, attempting to sound amused. But clearly, it failed to convince the owner of the voice.

"Not if I have anything to say about it." A gasp escaped her lips as slender arms carefully s around her waist. Hands lazily rested by her hips. "Do you really want to die?" A warm breath tickled the shell of her ear, sending a shiver down her spine.

"No..." She whispered, unable to lie. Her heart was throbbing painfully within her chest, screaming out its desire to live. Yet, like all living things that were born into this world, she was destined to die.

Those arms dropped abruptly, leaving her body aching to feel the heat from the person's flesh. Instead, a soft pair of hands grasped her by her shoulders, letting her feel those careful digits curled over her collar bone. Without much effort, she was turned around in a half circle.

A pair of onyx eyes greeted her with endearment, stealing the oxygen within her lungs. Her head felt like it was spinning as those eyes enthralled her, enrapturing her with a single gaze. Her heart, the very heart that had felt empty, was thrown into overdrive, palpitating erratically within her chest.

With as much strength as she could muster, she tore her eyes away, choosing to look the stranger up down with apprehension. Yet, to her own surprise, the person was a girl, a beautiful young woman with a perfect pair of dimples. Long waves of blonde hair spilt down the girl's back, framing her baby face with a milky-white complexion.

"I'll take you away from this world." A hand s underneath her chin, letting her feel those slender fingers rest along her jaw. She leaned into the touch, desiring the warmth of the blonde's flesh. "Then, you'll never have to die." Her head was forced to tilt upwards, gazing into the girl's smoldering dark eyes.

The blonde's face drew closer, leaning in so close that she could detect the sweetest scent of strawberries mixed with vanilla. She gulped, unable to move away, as the girl invaded her personal space. It didn't help that the blonde was smiling in a teasing way, as if the girl knew what she was feeling at the moment.

"I've been waiting for you, Hwang Miyoung."
