I think it's more or less the fact that people are done with fans that think they own their idols and feel entitled to them. Or do crazy things to their idols because they want attention, not caring if they hurt them and whatnot. Those types of posts are usually geared towards those type of crazy people that think they own their idols and that their opinion matters to the point that it endangers an idol, they're rude to an idol or even other people in the fandom on a constant basis, or feel the need to do a variety of other things that aren't good when it comes to fandom and how they see/treat their idols.

And there are still tons of fans like that, you just have to look a bit harder through the rants about crazy fans or actual crazy fans.
