Draw the border-thing around your subject.

Draw unti ut somehow looks like this. Draw as many as you want for the animation. I draw three types of border-thing, sizes are just different. Mine looks like this.

Duplicate Yuri's picture as many as the border-thing and merge the layers together. Highlight all the layers. Click the rightmost part of the animation tab and then click, make frames from layer.

Go to Windows, and click Animation.

Click the play button to see how your animation goes. You can change the speed of your animation at the options below, you can see the 0 sec, you can change there. Once you're done, go to file-save for web & devices and then save your file as gif format.

This is my result now: I forgot I added a background color because the animation won't be seen if the background is transparent. ^_^ Sorry if my english is bad. xD
