Personality:   Emer is a perfectionist. She will practice and practice until she is satisfied. Many times she will ask for assurance that she is doing good or doing something right, more in need of someone supporting her before she continues. She is shy and reserved, only coming out of her shell when she really gets to know you. Privacy is important to Emer and she respects others the way she would want to be. Emer is sensitive and emotional, often times extremely moody or over emotional. She probably cried the most while training; due to stress or her own frustrations at herself. She is also sensitive in that when others cry it stresses her out and she will cry if she is close to them and they are hurting.She has a hard time opening up about her feelings and thoughts, and will usually just go along with the majority of the group. Skin ship is an odd thing to Emer, she tenses up when given hugs or if people poke her or sit really close to her. She simply grew up in a home that asked permission first, wanting to respect the others space. If she is really close to that person then skinship is a little easier..  Emer craves to be held. Especially when she is sad or is having a hard time (a certain someone always pops in her head and she wishes they were there.) But Emer also fears being viewed as annoying or clingy. She doesn't like burdening people so she will usually keep quiet about her personal problems (injuries included.)

  Emer is smart but doesn't always let you know she knows the answer to something, instead she keeps it too herself more because she'd rather not have the spotlight on her. Emer is more shy when everyone's attention is on her and she will stumble over her words making it seem like she doesn't know Korean very well, that or she is asked to speak up since she is soft spoken. Except when she is angry. Emer has got an Irish temper and her brother often times would and tell her they should dye her hair red to match her fiery temper. She doesn't get violent and although normally she will just back down and walk away, if it is something that really bothers her then she is stuborn about keeping her position and she will fight hard for it. The thing is if the fight was more out of pride Emer tends to feel regret soon after and will always say sorry afterwards.

  Emer isn't one to laugh often. Many people think that she either didn't get the joke or is just ignorant but really she just doesn't find it funny. She's the type to laugh at things that are cute..like children playing in the park. Emer is sometimes far too serious and gets annoyed when others play around when they should be doing their responsibilities. She also can't stand people who slack on jobs. She's a bit of a hypocrite in that department as she herself sometimes leaves a messy room. Not bomb messy..more of an organized clutter.

Background:   Emer was born in Dublin, Ireland. The hometown of her Irish mother. They lived in Dublin until Emer was 16. Emer use to smile and laugh all the time before her mother passed away. Her Mother passed away when she was just 13, due to her car sliding off the hill and into a ditch during winter. She had been traveling to the airport to pick up her husband and wasn't found til the next day. Emer was closest to her mother, they would go out on lunch dates, her mother would take her to her karoake bar when it was being cleaned and let her choose the music or the colors for that day. Emer's Father had the family move to Korea 3 years after his wife passed as his career had him gone for weeks and sometimes a month at a time. Emer enrolled into the nearest Gangnam highschool. It wasn't easy trying to make new friends when she was an outsider but luckily another student, Jaya, was also an outsider to Koren culture and they became fast friends. Emer finished highschool but with average grades as she had begun training at SM by her senior year.

( Cousin ) Jung Taekwoon/ Leo  | 23 | Main Vocalist in VIXX |  Leo is quite and sensitive to things around him. He's extremely shy and when the camera's are on him he gets embarassed easily or just doesn't talk. It takes a lot to make him laugh, sometimes he laughs at things others don't find funny. He doesn't do aegyo and most of the time he is disinterested and off in his own head. But when he's on stage he transforms into a powerful vocalist unlike his quite counterpart. |   Leo and Emery didn't meet until her family had moved to Korea. They hungout all the time as he didn't make fun of her accent when she spoke Korean. When Emer see's him (which is not often as he is an idol now) she immediately runs to him and hugs him. Leo seems to talk to her more than even s. Emer and Leo are best friends and in many ways he is like a brother to her.

 

(Father) Song Junho | 56 | Proffesional Photographer & Owner of Photography Company called "Greys Shot"  | Junho is a business man through and through. What can I do to make this better? Make it more profitable? He's not greedy but more of a workaholic wanting to make sure his children are taken care of well beyond a simple future. | Junho grew up in a family that didn't have a lot of skinship with one another so it is hard to even pat his own kids back when they've done good. He loves them and isn't sure how to show it. He is awkward around his youngest, Emer, because when she was young he had spent a lot of time working in Korea before having the family move with him. Any chats with him are usually quick and too the point as he doesn't have time for much else. He is rarely home and although Emer did let him know she was a trainee he never asks her about it.

 

(Mother) Ally O'Brien | Deceased at age 47 |  When in Dublin she owned a karoake bar |  Ally had dark black hair and deep blue eyes. She was kind to everyone and loved people. She was no singer but loved playing the guitar and did teach Emer a little bit. Emer is the exact opposite of her bubbly, extorvert mother. | Emer loved watching her Mother play her guitar and sing in Gaelic. Ally was very protective of Emer and constantly spoiled her youngest child, wanting to give her any opportunity she could. Ally passed away when Emer was 13. Ally would be 54 if she were still alive.

 

(Sister) Song Gyuri |  31  | Director/Make Up Artist at her Father's Company |  Gyuri is the type that holds family above everything. Which is why she chose to pursue a career that would help her work in her Father's Company. She is very serious and doesn't laugh at things like her siblings do. |  Emer and Gyuri barely know each other with their 11 year age difference and Gyuri still see's Emer as the "baby" of the family and often times tries to be like a Mother too Emer. This causes them to argue as Emer doesn't want Gyuri to try and replace their Mother. They argued/argue about Emer getting her ears pierced when she was 15. Argued when Emer decided to get vocal lessons and Gyuri didn't think it was practical and they still argue about Emer being a trainee who is rarely home since she stays in the trainee dorms.

 

(Brother) Song Dae Hwan | 26 |  Vice President at Hotel "Z" |  Dae Hwan is the most like his mother. He's outgoing and loves interacting with people. He's always looking for ways he can make people more comfortable and happier. He plays the piano and often times offers to play for the guests at the hotel when he has the time. | Perhaps because they are a little closer in age, then Emer and Dae Hwan get along fairly well. He is her only supporter in becoming an idol and is always sending her text messages of encouragement and supported her while she auditioned. He helps out as much as he can. Emer hugs her brother more than anyone.

     Personality | Interactions:  Jaya isn't outgoing but she's no introvert either. More of a middle woman. She likes to have fun and party but she also likes having simply hangout dates. She loves listening to people and is willing to share any advice she can give to them.  | Jaya and Emer went to high school together and instantly clicked as they only "foreigners" in their class. (Jaya is from America and came to Korea to get in touch with her Korean side of the family.) Jaya knows how Emer feels about skinship and so she always askes for a hug first and Emer appreciates this. Jaya calls when she is free from training to see if the girls can hangout but it doesn't always work with their hectic schedules.

    Personality  |Interactions:  Hyungdo isn't as outgoing as his sister but is definitely popular with his demanding pesonality of I'm here and I'm important. He is charasmatic and has a badboy attitude. He thinks all the girls want him (and some do.) He's tall and Emer could see him modeling for many clothing companies in the future. He likes to back talk a lot but will mostly do it in English as he knows only a few can understand him. His sarcasm is dry and sometimes it's over the top to the point that he can end up hurting peoples feelings; his sister can testify to that as he teases her alot. He doesn't tease Emer as much since she's so quiet but he finds himself wanting to be a better person when he see's the way she treats people.

Personality: Woohyun loves meeting and talking to new people and has many friends both idols and non-idols. Woohyun is the king of aegyo and sometimes it can be over the top so his managers ask him to tone it down many times. His confidence is out of this world, he knows he's good looking although he is least confident about his eyes. He is very passionate about what he does whether it be vocals, cooking, soccer, or giving fan service (always giving 110%.) Woohyun likes to have fun but knows when it's time to be serious.

How they met?:  Emer had just got done practicing. She had been yelled at because she couldn't do this one move and they had already tried it a hundred times. "If you can't get this move right just quit, we don't need idolsl ike this. When the trainer called for break Emer quickly left, looking for some air and somewhere private. She ran down the hallway, the tears already streaming down her face now that no one was around, except the boy she ran by. It was Woohyun who was waiting for Key to be down with practice so they could go hangout. Feeling like he should see what was wrong he followed her. "Are you okay?" He asked, finding her sitting on her haunches with her head burried in her arms. Emer quickly jumped up, thinking it was the trainer. She sighed, "I'm fine. Please go away." She bit her lip, her emotions overwhelming her. Woohyun walked over to her and bgan rambling about his trainee days and how hard it was. "You'll get it though. Whatever it is you are struggling at, if you put your mind to it, I'm certain you'll succeed." Emery has never forgotten his words and repeats them often.

Interactions:  Emer occasionally runs into Woohyun when he is waiting for Key to get done with his schedule and sometimes Woohyun and Infinite practice or meet at SM Ent, since their labels merged. Woohyun always smiles and winks at Emer. He always goes up to hug Emer but she tends to avoid hugs and instead puts her hand out to shake it. Woohyun finds it odd but just jokingly throws aegyo at her and whines about her not wanting to be his friend since she doesn't hug him. Emer wants to..but she also doesnt' want to seem to clingy or get use to it..as she knows that if she let Wooyun hug her, she might never let go. They sometimes text. Woohyun knows Emer is a hard worker and he is always trying to encourage her knowing she doubts herself a little too much. He wants to make her happy and tries extra hard to make her smile or laugh. He will also about doing aegyo and tries to get her to do it sometimes.

Trainee life:  Emer auditioned for SM when her vocal coach told her she had a shot. Singing Goodbye's Te Saddest Word by Celine Dion. Emer had only gotten half way through when she was asked to stop. Thank goodness too as the song reminded her of her mom and she was on the verge of tears. They told her she sang beautifully and connected to the song as if it had been her own.  When she began training she found out she could get into the rhythm of raps easily, although she still couldn't figure out her own flow. She would mess up the lyrics numerous times when rapping (as she ends up either rapping too slow or too fast) and the coach told her if she couldn't get it how was she to make it? Her dancing is another story. Although it's taken a long time she's got potential and is determined to learn it all. Emer transforms when she is performing, turning into someone with mysterious charisma and powerful vocals. Although Emer struggles to truly command the stage her vocals always grab peoples attention. Her trainers know she has more potential and try to help her find the confidence she needs to shine.

Scene request:  While waiting for her vocal coach to come she could see a guitar and start strumming. She only plays a few notes before she sighes and stops playing it. Someone could hear and try and get her to play more but she won't. Whether it be Woohyun, who would obviously try really hard to get her to tell him why she won't play when she was playing so well or one of her members.

Since Woohyun is the king of greasy aegyo he could try and get her to do buing buing once and since she wouldn't he went up to her and grabbed her wrists and said now make the buing buing sound Emer, just like this and he moves her wrists in the motion of buing buing. Emer punches him and he pretends to be hurt and she just hides a smile.
