What makes you unique ? : Shin's unqiue-ness would probably come froms He's eyes as you cannot tell how he feels ,however when he looks at you , he has the power in them which makes you unable to breath , whether that be a good thing or a bad , he honestly doesn't care . 

 

 

Personality : He seems like a cold person due to his eyes and the way he walks around , however he is totally opposite , he loves talking to people , making new friends and does laugh ..suprising as that sounds . He loves making jokes up and cracking people up ,therefore he is a good entertainer however there are times when he is quite and doesnt talk to people , he gives them the look and that would forever traumatise the person . However , overall , he is this sort of mysterious person who gives out 2 different type of personalities therefore people want to know him more . 

He is confident and always tries to be there for the members and give them advice . When you make him angry , you would know as he would stop talking to you , look away and walk away , this would often scare people but you have to live with it . When he is happy , he does smile but gives a small smile , he does sometimes laugh to show his happiness and would pat your back . When he is embarassed , he would be pokerfaced and wouldn't show it as he feels as though he is the strong one in the band that should cover up his feelings . When he is sad , he wouldn't talk to anyone and would sit by himself in his room and play the guitar , When is shy , he wouldn't look at the person and would let another member do all the talking . 
 

Background:Shin grew up in a broken household with his parents trying really hard to earn money . He grew up with 3 siblings and his parents , however due to his family being bankrupt when he was 13 , they moved back to Korea . After moving back to korea , his family had delt with many incidents with his father falling ill and suffering from a whereas his mother had found out she has diabetes . Therefore his parents couldn't work as his parents were getting ill and ill . Shins elder brother and sister left the family out of anger and desperation as they were getting sick of the life they were living , leaving 15 year old Shin and his younger sister who is 2 years his junior . Noticing what was going on , Shin and his sister started working for the treatment of his parents and to actually eat food and living in a house . He would busk in the streets and his sister would work as a waitress , it was hard but they had loved it as they felt as though they were truly helping the family .

Trainee Life : Trainee life was quite easy for Shin as he expected that sort of life , he didn't get bullied but did often get rumours about him which did make his confidence go down however due to his families financial difficulty he tried his hardest to debut with his determination , however he was first with SM Entertainement and was planned to debut in EXO however every year they have this event called 'Trainee Transfer' , he thought it sounded interesting and he wanted to get away from teh deathly training in SM that he tranfered to YG , he loved it imensly as everything was exactly like him , the mood , the theme , the people , so he decided to stay there and was officially a part of YG after 2 months of waiting .
