Personality: 

Nam Eunhye is very conservative when it comes to her personal life. She likes to keep things private about her life and although she wants to be known she doesn't want people to know things about her. Eunhye tends to be more of a listener than an advice giver as she doesn't want to give out any advice that might not actually help. What makes her popular is her beauty and her kindness that is truly genuine. She is never angry and is never impatient with anyone, which is what makes her a laid-back leader. She can however (when she wants to be) be bossy, but that happens on rare occassions and it takes a lot of energy to make her mad or impatient with someone. 

 

Whenever on variety shows or interviews, Eunhye is always the one to stand up for her members if they are addressed with any scandals or harsh questions. All the hate comments that are given, she ignores and brushes them off her shoulder as if they didn't exist. 

 

Her hard-working attitude and kindness is because of her mother and how they both had to work to have enough money to make ends meet. She never slacks off and sometimes though she seems naggy, it's really only so no one gets left behind. When Eunhye is offstage and is just at home relaxing, she's still the same, she doesn't like to hide her real personality, because she doesn't want to be considered a fake. Truthfully, though Eunhye seems like she has everything figured out she really doesn't. She isn't sure if she wants to be an idol forever, but isn't sure when she wants to stop. She goes with the flow in hopes that someone or something will give her the answers she needs in life, but so far nothing has. 

 

Background:

Nam Eunhye was born on February 15th in New York City, New York. Her American name given to her was Skylar, because her parents thought it would be nice to have both a Korean and English name. Eunhye attended Julliard in New York as she was in the elementary program and was able to pay for it because she had a scholarship. However, after Eunhye's parents got divorced due to her father's infidelity, Eunhye's mother took Eunhye back to Seoul to get away from her father who remained in New York and continued seeing his mistress. After that, Eunhye thought the best revenge for her father, was to seem like everything fine, which is where she got her hardworking personality. 

 

Eunhye's mother forced her to stay in school, because she wanted Eunhye to get a good education, but once Eunhye was old enough to get a job, she applied anywhere as long as she got paid a decent amount to help her mother. When Eunhye turned 14 she decided to get a job as a waitress at the Hello Kitty Cafe in Seoul so she could help her mother. Still saddened by her father's infidelity and the fact that she had to quit singing at Julliard, Eunhye continued getting part time jobs. One of her jobs she got at the age of 17, was when she got an opportunity to sing at a bar. That's when she got noticed and was asked to audition for Woollim Entertainment, which she said no at first, but when her mother found out she told her to do it, because she knew how much her daughter missed singing.

After that night, he continued to come in hopes that he would at least know her name. Every night he would send her a dozen of white roses instead of red, because he believed that like white roses Eunhye's voice was purifying and beautiful rather than bold like a red rose. However, Eunhye never bothered to look for her secret admirer and it wasn't until she finally auditioned for Woollim did they finally meet under awkward circumstances.  

 

How You Interact: In front of everyone, Sunggyu acts like his usual mindless leader of Infinite who is very blunt and isn't the romantic type, but when he's alone with Eunhye everything changes. He tries to get close to her, but with Eunhye being the helpful leader she is, Sunggyu is always 100th in line to talk to her. When he does get the chance to be alone with her, they both have too much of a good time together they lose track of time.

How You Interact: Just like Sunggyu, Yonghwa finds difficulty getting in touch with Eunhye. When he does meet up with Eunhye though, he notices how she always talks about Sunggyu, which makes him jealous. He is always trying to confess his feelings to Eunhye, who seems compltely clueless about it, even though he makes it obvious especially after saying she was his ideal type.
