So, I would like to tell you about 3 things that are making me smile besides my new profile pic (Look at that Minkey hotness).

1. Beyonce.

I'm just going to say this right now: I am not a crazy stan, but if you bash Beyonce in front of me, you better have a ing amazing reason or else we are no longer friends (same must be said for SHINee, Big Bang, and Rain). SO imagine my shock at waking up this morning to a surprise Beyonce album.

You guise...it is so good. If you like Beyonce and trippy hip-hop and R&B, this album is everything!!!! Had to wait until I got off work to buy the iTunes card to purchase the album, download it to my computer and then load it onto my phone (I have a Samsung, so no iTunes on my phone) but it was worth it. EVERY SONG HAS A VIDEO and they are all beautiful. I think this having a video for every song thing should be the new standard. Hell, GD already does it. SHINee's next album should have a video for every song (Symptoms anyone?). Anyway, I am totally hyped about it and am listening to everything on repeat.

2) Gifts from a Secret Santa.

I don't know which one of you did it (I have my theories, but they are just that, theories) but someone gave me a major gift of karma. Not enough to change my name or promote my stories, but enough to notice the magnitude of the gift. This brings me to my biggest announcement so far and only my friends and blog subscribers will know about this, so please, be cool. I will be gifting one SHINEE album download to one of my AFF friends this Christmas. I have paid for the gift card and the winner will get to choose their album (up to a $15.00 value) and I will send them the code for the download. However, I can only do this for US friends because iTunes is greedy like that adn the code will only work for the US iTunes store. The contest itself is as follows: I am looking for a funny scene. It needs to be between 10 and 12 lines and has to describe an awkward first time ual experience. I would like it to be funny, but sweet and only graphic when absolutely necessary. It will need to be written in 1st person POV and I will use it in my 2min parody (by submitting an entry, you are automatically giving me this permission). You will need to submit your entry as a comment to this blog and if you win, I will PM you for your album selection and to provide you with the album code.
