I'll help you ^^ First, you go to the marketplace and get a new layout (or you can just make on of your own if you know how to do it), and then, you activate it for your description/foreword/chapter. When you do that, it'll look really messy - that's when you go back to editing your foreword/description/chapter, and you put those tags in. I'll show you an example:

basically, I wrote:
[CONTENTID1]FIRST LOOP[/CONTENTID1]
[CONTENTID2]Here pasted the chapter from my Word document[/CONTENTID2]
[CONTENTID3]Here I wrote the author's note without any formating[/CONTENTID3]
