         Crystal is a fashionista, someone who places a lot of attention on her appearance. She's the fashion expert and knows how to mix and match her accessories for the best look. Her goal in dressing is to show the best side of her, to be the centre of attention. She would spend more time than others in the dressing room and would often be there earlier than others. She only takes off her make-up when she's going to sleep but she does not like heavy and smoky make-up, just the light ones. Extrovert - She is someone who would hang out with a lot of friends and has a good relationship with almost everyone. She enjoys the crowd, being the centre of attention and enjoying the limelight. She's someone who will take the initiative to make friends and talk to you first. She's good at talking and breaking the awkward atmosphere during first meetings so most of the people who meet her would enjoy her company. She's always very happy and a frown rarely appears on her face. A sociable person — approaching her would never be scary.

Caring - She's caring and takes care of people around her well. She does not hope for rewards and will go all out to help others even if it meant no good to her. She would often volunteer at the orphanages because she likes to make the children happy. When she sees others being happy, she feels happy too. Background:

Born in Beijing, China, Crystal was the only child to a wealthy family. Her father was the founder of a multi-national corporation and her mother was a housewife. When Crystal was 2, their family moved to Los Angeles. From birth, Crystal had been destined to be the heiress to her father's company although it was obvious that she had a greater interest in music and entertainment but she didn't disobey her father's wishes. Her father wanted her to be a talented person so Crystal started learning all sorts of stuffs from young. She had the best tutors and attended the best schools in America. Crystal was far more intelligent than people of the same age. When she was 14, her family moved back to China and she attended the Beijing Haidian Foreign Language Experimental High School. It was unusual for her as students only start middle school at the age of 15. Because of this, she was well-known in school as the smart and pretty one. Crystal's younger brother was born at this time and she no longer had to take over her father's business and was able to pursue her dreams. After graduating from high school, she decided to pursue her university course in Korea at Yonsei University and perhaps join the entertainment industry there when she graduates. At the age of 19, when she was in the last year of her university, she was hanging out with her friends when an SM scouting agent gave her a namecard and asked her to go for an audition. Currently, she's studying in the Seoul Institude of the Arts, majoring in Applied Music.

Although he has a cute face and looks like he has a girly personality but as the saying goes 'don't judge a book by its cover', he's actually acts like a big brother to his group members. Although he jokes around and dorky at times, he also has a serious side to him. He's always hardworking and puts in a lot of effort. When he's dancing, he's very serious and concentrated, showing off his flawless dancing skills. He cares about his friends a lot so if you try to hurt his friends, he can be a devil and get really angry and sarcastic. He's also a romantic person and he knows how to make people happy. How you met:
They met back in high school in China. Crystal was looking for the music room when a ball came flying towards her. The ball left a mud print on her white skirt and she turned to see an apologetic Luhan. Luhan ran up to her and kept saying sorry. Crystal said it was okay and asked if he could bring her to the music room. On the way, they got to know each others name. Crystal later found out that Luhan was actually her neighbour so they started interacting more, bit by bit. When Crystal had questions that she didn't know, she would look for Luhan and ask him for help. Luhan would also invite her to hang out with his friends. They soon became best friends and from best friends, Luhan confessed to Crystal when they were in university.
Interaction:
When Crystal joined S.M Entertainment, she had been dating with Luhan for 5 years. Although Luhan was going to debut at that time and was asked to break up if he had any relationships but he did not. No one knows of their relationship and in the company, they usually greet each other and hang out in groups. However, after trainings, especially in the night, they will try to spend some time with each other in less crowded places and disguise themselves and have some couple times. Luhan would hold her hands really tightly as they walk and Crystal would put her hands around his waist. Luhan calls Crystal 'Jagi' and Crystal calls Luhan 'Pabo'.

          Around people he's not familiar with, he doesn't talk much and would smile awkwardly. However, if you're close with him, you'll realise that he actually has a very childish side to him. How you met:
          They had a trainee exchange program between the companies for a period of time and N was in the same group as Crystal. Initially, N was quite shy and rarely talked to anyone outside of his company but Crystal approached N and N thought Crystal was really nice and sweet.

Interaction:
           They often text each other and also hang out for a dinner when they're free. N often sent encouraging messages to Crystal and she would also talk about random stuffs to him.

Why are you rival:
         Seulgi feels that ever since Crystal appeared, her presence has been shadowed. Seulgi was supposed to debut in the next girl group but S.M decided that Crystal should debut first so they arranged Seulgi to be in SM Rookies. Seulgi likes Luhan, although she doesn't know that Crystal and Luhan are in a secret relationship.

Interaction:
         Seulgi tries to avoid Crystal as much as she can and rolls her eyes whenever she sees Crystal. Crystal would still politely greet her like any other friends.
