Seungyeon, Nicole, Hara & Jiyoung file suit against DSP without even inform their leader Gyuri!!

I am so ANGRY right now!!!

So, very, deeply,  Disappointed!!

I'm a Kamilia as well.

But i can't accept this!!

I do understand about how DSP treats Kara from even when they debuted in 2007.

I hate this!!

TRAITOR!!!

CHEATER!!

BETRAYER!!

Why don't they at least inform Gyuri before they even filing the Law suit!!

Even if they dislike her..

But i thought Nicole once said by herself that she is Gyul soulmate!! then why is she also??

And Jiyoung!! Gyuri treats her like her own daughter!! even cook for her and make a lunch box before going to school!!

I'm sure Gyuri knows about their satisfaction toward DSP, but not until withdraw from the company by filing the law suit!!

even if they want to file it.. why don't wait for gyuri and file it together!! they know that gyul are alone in Korea because she's having a radio to DJ.. why did they act by themselves!!

I'm so disappointed with Seungyeon, Nicole, Hara, and Jiyoung.

Just hope they will still be five, no matter what group name they will use..

ARGGHHH!!! this is one more thing!!!

"KARA" is given by Gyuri, she came out with it!! it's not DSP's!!! 

Why did DSP file a Trademark for their group name!!

it's not even them who come out with it!!

it's belong to Gyuri!!

@keira >> yeah~~ that's true.. and the latest news is hara withdraw from the contract termination and gyuri so far haven't said anything so she is assume to be staying with DSP. now it's exactly like what happened to tvxq.. 3:2 omo!! please!! i don't want them to split!! they haven't perform at the tokyo dome yet!! and urakara filming haven't finish yet!! just when their popularity went up like crazy like this, something that i least expect came out... huhuhu... just pray all five of them stay together.. no matter with DSP or without..

from what i've read, most of its is based on their mother decision<br />
the lawyer even contact gyuri's mother but she refused to join with them to terminate the contract<br />
so probably gyuri's mother didn't inform gyuri on this<br />

right now, we must not blame them<br />
maybe the girls are influenced by their mother<br />
plus from what i read, DSP shows them the audited report n their mother even bring their own accountant but they still want more money<br />
maybe they thought that they should received more but gross income when deducted with all the cost will eventually left like 20-15 percent n maybe less<br />
and the amount they should give to shareholder so they will receive low<br />
its the norm in every industry

yes!! i'm disappointed with DSP of treating Kara like that and so disappointed at the other 4 because they abandoned Gyuri.. this things really spoiled my mood for this morning.. it's true.. SM, DSP and even JYP (i heard about it before), they all are so freaking obsess with the money!! hate it!! i hope YG won't be like that.. when SS501 left DSP, no company want to accept all five of them.. i hope that won't happen to KARA..

The whole trademark thing is just stupid. Gyuri thought of that name and not DSP. Duh!<br />

I really do hope that things will work out... disappointed that other Kara members did that to Gyuri though...
