Can someone help me?

umm.. recently i got these pain in my stomach area...

it's like my stomach being twisted

sometimes it appear but then it stop coming and then it appear again..

when it appear, it hurts, but when i stand or sit straight, it hurts more...

did anyone of you know these?

i'm afraid if this is a chronic disease and i have to tell my mom cause i don't want my parents to get all worried and get mad at me because I didn't take care of myself...

please help me....
