Okay I was really happy that I made a Weibo account (yeah I Thought)

but heck it needs a verification code 

I really wonder how my friend got a Weibo account and freely doing things.

Does anyone knows how to have a weibo account if you are in the Philippines?

I'm really dying to have one.

I wanted to follow many Idols there because they are more active in Weibo compared to Twitter

most especially EXO

Everyone knows that they don't have Twitter accounts.

ANY ONE CAN HELP??
