iu's raindrop

so... i learned a random iu fact of the day today

and it turns out that iu's raindrop is a remake...otl did you guys know that why did i not know that

it's by wheesung yo

the lyrics were slightly changed in iu's version... both are pretty nice but ahahah i have to say i like iu's vocals better for the song ouo and the newly changed lyrics kinda...fit iu more? it's a more teenager/young/"still learning about love" kinda feel LOL

ahahahaaha i should probably sleep yo

Oh wow you got me there. Didn't even think about the possibility of it being a remake at all lol. Both versions are nice and calming. I think Wheesung's has a more mature/ longing to something feeling? IU's more mellow and sweet and as you said still learning about love/ first love stuff. Anyway that was cool! Thanks for sharing hehe.

i knew it but I havent listened to the original version yet. I was talking with an oppa fan and he's like "Im gonna cover Rain drop" and I told him that it's even hard for a girl to sing it. He then told me about the male version and I was like WHAT. the song suits her voice a lot to be a remake lol

oh, so it's a remake. I've just known, too. I've found Wheesung's raindrop when I searched for IU's ranidrop back then but I didn't listen to it and just head straight to what I'm looking for 8)
