Anime Lovers, HELP!!!

Can you suggest me an anime character for a girl who's personality is beautiful, hard-working and also someone who's strict as she's the head president of this high school. And also act like a guy?? Someone, please??

And a guy who's totally cute and famous but he hates tomboy.

Kaichou wa Maid-sama it's closer to the anime that you like. Its base on school and the girl are tomboy and also the president in her school organitation.
Fate Stay Night too... The girl are really hard-working and a fighter...

for girls I'd say... Misaki from Kaichou Wa Maid-sama or Erza from Fairy Tail but I can't think much for a guy omg.
