I'm sure we have understood that feeling of being let down with something you have been ecstatic about. I was just let down and the feeling is heart breaking :( 
My favorite band was just in my state, and one of the members stayed behind to teach a class. A dance class. I dance. I like dance classes. It fits me, doesn't it? 

My cousins and I were planning to go to the workshop, which is an hour from where we live. We had it all planned and stuff. We were discussing everything and it was such a good feeling because I have never really met any of my favorite bands, let alone go to a concert so this is a new experience for me even if it's only one member. So the next day, wE'RE ING EXCITED BECAUSE OH MY GOD WE'RE GOING TO A WORKSHOP THAT DANA FROM IM5 IS TEACHING!!!!

When I ask my father for permission, I am approved. And then comes the wait....

A little explanation. My brother is sort of a father figure for me aswell, so I always have to ask him for permission because of the stupid age difference we have (18 years apart) and that became the "You better ask me before you do anything, little girl." eh. 

So I waited until he got out of work and when he does, I'm shaking because I was afraid of being let down. I had that goddamn feeling that I hate the most. It was in the pit of my stomach, but you know I had some hope in there. I ran downstairs and called him so I can talk to him. Then he starts talking and blahblahblah. But then those stupid words that formed into a sentence, "I'm going shopping with Justine and I was wondering if you'll be okay by yourself?" 

NO.

then i asked him how long he'll be gone because YA KNOW HOPE!!1 he's like "why what are you doing?"

and then i told him about the workshop... and he's like "where is it" i told it where it was. the place where him and girlfriend are shopping at is near the workshop. but the down part of that is that THEY ARE GOING RIGHT NOW. AND THE WORKSHOP IS AT 7 PM. 

"lol im sorry. but i dont want to drive back and then drive you three back. you should've told me earlier and not do it last minute" 

DON'T EVEN START WITH ME. HE FELL ASLEEP ON ME BEFORE I COULD ASK AND HE'S SO SCARY WHEN YOU WAKE HIM UP FROM A DEEP SLEEP. 

so yes this is my story of being let down. i am extremely upset because this was my /only// chance to meet him because i live in the north so like my ing state is too boring for his group to visit :(( but i'll get over it eventually lol.
