I have no problem with putting my views and subs on public, but I'm afraid it could affect readers in some way.

I'm always unsure what image it gives when I hide/show subs or views or both so I always end up to show, then hide it, show, then hide it again xD

I don't want to affect readers, they should make their opinion about my stories by themself.
But some people get affected by views and subs and tend to judge stories by the amount of views....maybe only putting the subs on 'show' would be an solution....maybe I care too much, though I say I don't care about views and stuff this pretty much is the opposite....it  kinda developed, I wasn't like that in the beginning haha xD

I got to admit I'm always rly happy when someone is telling me they found my story good, cause I can relate with those feelings when I read ff's and were like 'whoaa, I rly like this fic! It's awesome!!' and I feel honoured and happy that I did so good, that someone would tell me sth nice like that. And now that I see I gained a couple people who're actually interested in how the story continues, I want to put more effort in it. But I don't like it when authors ask, like, persistently ask for comments and stuff ('comment and you'll get a quicker update'/'comment or I won't upload the next chapter at all' and like that), since I don't like that I don't ask for any. I like to read comments to my story, but one should comment when she/he feels like it. Or subscribe or upvote. :)

I don't care that much if someone copies my story, that's why I let them open for everyone, it's only for fun and if someone has the feeling he/she needs to steal others stuff, so what, I wrote it for me in the first place anyway and if they're happy with copying others *shrugs* let them be. (Business on the other hand is a different deal)

It's them having to deal with being fake existences, not me....(different thing is when it's about my drawings, hahah, no one steals my drawings, aite? lol xD).

So, to come back to the topic (kinda got off-topic):

What do you think? Do you think it's affects people much when they see the subs or views? What is your experience?
