Joo is a hard working girl, she sets a new goal each time she finished one and since a little she sets "Be a singer" as her main goal. She isn't just a hard working girl, she's a super, super hard working girl like she mostly be with herself and think about how she could accomplish her goal till she forget important things just like love. Sometimes she's full of herself until someone 'snap' her out of her thoughts. If you're a close friend or family, you won't let her go. She's just a lively and hard working angel. People who's new to her sometimes feel that she's so selfish, because she gets whatever she wants and won't forget one thing that she wants until she get it but really, she'll treat you as the most important thing in the world. Background:

As a kid Joo is raised in a happy family of 4. When she was 4 and her sister is 5, she loves to explore the outside like running through the field with no shoes on, exploring through forests and playing mud in the rain with her sister and her siberian husky, Scar. She loves to spend her time with her sister, sometimes Shin Joo would teach Joo about Ballet. Until she was 10 years old, her older sister, Shin Joo introduced her to Super Junior a group that debuted in 2005, she was amazed by them and searched for them more. Joo's mother knew about kpop and she reccomend her daughter to sign up into a few managements. Joo got accepted in Cube in 2009 but she was still auditioning for other managements since she doesn't feel right with Cube. After a month she became a trainee, she signed out because she got accepted by SM.

Joo's parents met when Josh works in Korea, they marry after dating for a year and Shin Joo was born a few months later and a year later, Joo was born. Josh moved to Paris by himself when Joo's 3. Her mother is a cool and trendy house wife where she always understand why Joo wants this and that. Her father is a high degree diplomat, he often went here and there by himself, it's because he doesn't want her kids to get frustated by moving into new countries every 3 years. Her sister though at the age of 16, followed her father to French and even though her father moved already, she remain there. It is her dream to become a ballerina and share her talent in ballet. Different from her awkward little sister, Shin Joo is a hard working girl too but she loves to meet new people and tell them what she knows about things.

Why are you rivals?: Naeun really judges Cube trainees, if she doesn't like the trainee she'll bully them, alone or with her friends. At first when Joo was a trainee, she was ok with her, Joo was a polite and hard working trainee just like the the others. But then she heard Joo got accepted by SM and is planning to move out. That's when Naeun thinks that Joo is understimating Cube and fake rumours spreaded like wild fire. She began to hate Joo from the bottom of her heart. Years passed and she knew SM announced a new group is debuting, she anticipated Joo to debut so muc. Because she knew that Changjo likes Joo from the way he talks about her when he got interviewed. Naeun's planning to ruin the group's life anyway she could, along with Joo's life.
How you interact: As always, Joo is a hoobae, she would bow and talk in formalities, A-Pink would greet her back but Naeun. Joo auditioned in many managements, she tried YG, Cube, JYP, Stardom and SM. Cube was the first management she got into by auditioning in 2009, then she got street casted when she's waiting in the bus station by a man, she decided to move into SM since there's a huge chance to be more successful in SM, she auditioned in SM and later joined in 2010. As a trainee she was respectful towards her sunbaes and diligent, but when she met Sulli she began to skip a few classes and love to play around. But still, her dancing and singing score didn't budge. She practiced for an hour after her class ended. She never had the thought of quitting SM because Sulli always said that someday, it will be worth it.

Goals: As a kid, Shin Joo loves ballet and joined a course, she loves to teach her little sister about ballet. Joo always loved music from little because of Shin Joo, she wants to show the world what she's capable of. Now, seeing her sister is a professional ballerina and teacher in French, Joo doesn't want to lose to her sister.
