Kristen is rebel. Though she doesn't show it, she rebels a lot. She isn't the type to listen to an order; she doesn't like being bossed around. It is her mindset that only she has the complete control of her life, no one else but her. But despite this, she is really fun and approachable, in fact, she has numerous of friends that she always has by her side. She's often mistaken as an ice princess because of her cold exterior and facade.

She is like the morning sunshine when with her close acquaintances and is bubbly and fun. Always ready to help when a friend needs help. She seem perfect but deep inside, the bubbly idol is a lonely girl who has problems regarding her family but she isn't the type to share her problems because she doesn't like passing her burden to others when she knows that they also, experience burdens in life and doesn't want to add into it.

Background:

Kristen was born and raised in San Francisco, California together with her sister, Lee Bona. Their parents were busy with work, her mother handling her own fashion line and her dad handling their entertainment company. Growing up, their parents had their mind set in inheriting the company. They were sent to a prestigious school to ready them in the future when they enter Jeguk High. Bona, or Krystal as Kristen calls, her sister, has really no objections in the plan for them for that was her dream also but Kristen was different; what she wanted was far from what is planned from her. She wanted to be an idol but kept it inside, keeping a facade that she wanted what was planned for her.

At 12, her sister Bona was priveledged to move to Jeguk High in Korea, but unfortunately for her, she didn't make it and her parents were disappointed. She confessed what she really likes but none of her parents were supportive and compared her to her sister. Hurt, she decided to exile herself and prove wrong to her parents. Upon arriving to Korea, she had a hard time coping up with the langguage barrier, good thing she met her friend Kai who helped her adjust to the new world she faces.
