Decided To Change Phone,Mind Suggesting?

Hi guys!I decided to change my phone.

But I realize Nokia Lumia 520 is a little bit expensive.So I need my friends to help me suggest which phone should I buy instead of Nokia Lumia 520 and Samsung Galaxy Young?I hope it's not to expensive. ^^

Samsung Core or Express would be a better choice if your budget isn't that big ^^
A few more extra bucks wouldn't hurt for a good quality phone.
