you'll probably think she's an attention seeker because she's always hopping around. she's always falling on stage, probably because she isn't used to high heels. whenever she's not wearing heels, she never falls. she's seldom tired from dancing because of her regular jogs in the morning. she's not the member who messes up dance steps, or sing the wrong lyrics - etoiles's a perfectionist and would try to minimise mistakes. but as you know, she laughs at everything so sometimes you'll hear muffled laughters and you'll know who that is. on stage, as she is, she is the happy girl, always smiling. but if the song is a y or sad song, she'll try her best to change her emotions. sad, meaningful songs that bring tears are alright - because she'll make herself be inside the song. however, somethings like iness or such, she'll probably smile (not her crazy wide smile, but a simple closed-mouth smile). you can't say she's a charismatic person on stage, because she just isn't. she has charms but charisma isn't one of it.

at first, she gets shy around cameras but having a camera around longer, she'll eventually be used it. she'll just be as dorky and blurts out random things but she'll be less noisy. she's funny on camera and really the queen of dorky body gags. she's the type of girl who can capture the heart of the audience without trying.

etoiles's polite and friendly to her sunbaes. and when they get closer, she'll treat them like best friends. since she's so dorky and outgoing, she can get along well with many people. an example is eunhyuk from suju. when she first got into the company, she's quite afraid (first, she's all alone. second, she's so young). she's quiet (uncomfortably forcing herself to be quiet). but after eunhyuk hangs out with her and helps her out, she started opening up to people. slowly, to the suju oppas, then to the snsd unnies and slowly... more people. so now, she respects her sunbaes alot and cares alot for them. she'll often go and watch them practice when she's free, visit their stage performance and such.

i have to say that she's the hoobae's favourite unnie/noona. she's nice, friendly, funny and crazy. she's full of jokes and she's so caring that everyone likes her. she'll help them out in whatever they need and whenever they need someone to talk to, she's always there.
background (1-2 para) : etoiles grew up with her younger brothers and her parents in busan. jungkook and her both loved music since young and had been singing and dancing their whole lives. they both are especially fond of rapping and they practices rap together. with brothers, she had guy friends since young. she has many female friends too but she doesn't like the way they gossip about others because she found it mean. so she had been following boys since young. being the only female in the family, she was pampered quite a little. that stopped when her 6 year old brother was borned. before that, the young jungkook was asked to take care of his noona. he did because he loves her. she's such a little cute noona that he couldn't help but love. in middle school, etoiles started being the older one, always making food for her dongsaeng. she felt quite sorry for him. they hung out alot together, playing games, climbing trees and rapping. at the age of 11, she was scouted into YG Ent, However, Jungkook was scouted into another company. After eight months there, she was switched to JYP Ent where she spent another nine months (they mainly trained her singing in JYP). Then she was brought back to YG for another three months. Finally she was permanently fixed into SM Ent.
Since young, she has been a dorky and playful girl. She ran around the neighbour with guys, creating trouble or climbing trees. Her parents still pampered her regardless. She's a sporty and outdoors type of girls who loves challenge. She has been doing jogs in the morning and it's been her daily routine. Scouted into the company, she was given less opportunities to play sports because they were worried that she'll get hurt. Her trainee years were tough because she was so young back then. She didn't dare to talk to anyone because she's really scared. Sometimes, she'll cry alone. Jungkook knows and he has been comforting her. But in YG Ent, there was GDragon and Bom who stayed with her and helped her. They literally treats her like a little sister. However, she was constantly bullied in the company. There was a trainee whom the company wanted to groom into a new artiste and they decided to switch Etoiles out. After eight months in YG, JYP Ent took her in. Again, she had to be the awkward shy new girl. However, in JYP, everyone was nice to her. They helped her along and helped with her singing. She started showing improvement. JYP Ent was decicing whether to put her in T-ara anot. But then YG Ent wanted to have her back after seeing improvement in her singing. There was quite an argument over her but things got settled and she got back into YG. She spent another three months before they exchanged her to SM. Being in SM was tougher, they wanted perfect artist and so she trained even harder than before. She had four hours of sleep daily but this stopped after a month when she passed out during training. Everyone was so worried about her. At first, she was also the shy girl. But after three months, she got close to BoA, Donghae, Eunhyuk and snsd unnies. They were really caring to her and she started opening up to them. They were all surprised that she was a whole new person - a fun and cute girl. She's always working hard, trying and trying till she's perfect. At first, they wanted to add her into f(x) as the maknae but the plan changed and she's now in EXC.
