Is it bad if I unsubscribe?

OK, so the thing is, I unsubscribe to REALLY GREAT STORIES THAT ARE COMPLETE because I put them in my bookmarks tab after. It helps me organize my stuff, because I put all the complete stories in my bookmarks tab and I put the incomplete ones in my subscribe tab so I'm updated. I get confused and annoyed when I see them all together but...

is that bad guys?

does it even show WHO unsubscribes? If it does, OMG I'm so sorry, I didn't mean to offend any of the authors I've subscribed to! HELLO, that's like MENTAL if I do, they are all GREAT authors <3

So, should I like change my organizing method or...?

I don't think it's bad? Tbh I'm really lazy and I often don't even subscribe to fics I read because I trawl through the tags to find what I want ><

I don't care at all if people unsub once my fics are done~ in fact, I get confused when people sub once they're done bc I'm not going to update it XD

The authors might think otherwise because of you unsubscribing.

Maybe you can try using LABELS.
You can make your own LABEL.
"COMPLETE" and then label the fics that are complete~

It doesn't show. And well, before it bothered me, thinking that now that the story is complete, it is useless so they have to get rid from the ever growing list of subscriptions. But I thought why keep my story when they won't read it again? So there. I even encourage unsubscribing lol in my a/ns. I haven't really checked but some say they lose karma when someone unsubs. Idk though. But yeah, do what you want :)
