Hold on. Be Strong

Please pray for the Philippines.

I was seriously in tears while watching the news and seeing the victims of the typhoon yesterday (the kids crying while people around them are carrying around the casualties, people in tears while looking for their family members who possible drowned after a massive storm surge wiped out the whole city...everything was rly painful to watch)

The last few months have been truly hard for my countrymen, the war in Zamboanga, the 7.1 magnitude earthquake and now, the strongest typhoon ever.

STAY STRONG EVERYONE!!

~and I'm off to go to QC this afternoon to help pack relief goods~ join us with the bayanihan, my fellow Filipinos :)

It's really sad. My mom wanted to call home to see if family was okay, but we realized that they probably didn't have connection. Yet, people still voted for Miss Universe. I just watched it....I feel so cheated. 3rd runner up again.

I'm not trying to be mean, but I have been trying to avoid this.

I don't like to see sad news..

I am sending prayers and donations. I hope they receive a lot of help. ♡

I read on the news that the 15feet storm surge actually hit the evacuation area itself, where people thought where it would be most safe, and after the waters are gone, dead bodies were all over the place. That actual scene was caught on cam and I can't stop tears from spilling from my eyes, the people screaming and crying that was heard on the video is still haunting me. HOLD ON TO YOUR PRAYERS! Filipinos will definitely see the rainbow after the storm :)
