TIRED of bad treatment as a fan

PLEASE NOTE BEFORE READING I AM NOT BASHING ANY ARTISTS THAT ARE MENTIONED I AM ONLY SHOW UNFAIR TREATMENT DO NOT GET THE WRONG IDEA I AM NOT AGAINST ANY GROUP THANK YOU

Okay, I’ve had it. I’ve been an f(x) fan since 2011 a very loyal, and dedicated one at that. I have been heavily involved in the fandom, and have made some great friends out of it all of that great stuff. I also have suffered tremendously just by being their fan. I know others might be like WTF?, yeah well if you’re an f(x) stan you will know the feeling. Our girls debuted September 5, 2009, and we have yet to get a fanclub name. Also before everyone says ‘HEY IT’S aff(x)tion!!!111’…no that’s a forum. Plus was a mistranslation, and so we’ve been calling ourselves ‘nameless’ for quite sometime.

The main point I wanna say is that f(x) and their fans are so badly treated by SM, it’s so unfair. The most recent example happened today, and it just pushed over me the edge. SM released previews for the 2013 calendars, but everyone but f(x) EVEN INFINITE who is still with Woolim gets a DVD with their calendar also a preview photo. What do our girls get? A notebook, and no preview photo. Well, you all might say this isn’t a big deal, BUT they did this last year as well. Everyone in SM but f(x) got wall calendars and desk calendars. f(x) only got a desk calendar which I bought, and it was so cheap it fell apart. It’s not THAT big of a deal to others I’m sure, but to fans it’s ing unfair.

Another thing that is happening recently is that f(x) has pretty much gotten the OK from SM to have their solo concert. Usually the artists get their concert after releasing their second full album, and we’ve all been waiting anxiously. However, the excitement from all of us was short lived when we found out that f(x) wouldn’t get a solo concert after all it’d be a joint concert with EXO. I think some people are/will be happy about this, but the majority of us will not be. A fandom shouldn’t have to share a concert with another one [unless it’s like dream concert..but yeah] what I’m saying is every group deserves a solo concert. This a perfect time for them to get their much needed spotlight, and spend time with fans giving them a show they truly deserve. What good is it if it’s being shared with another artist? SNSD gets their tours, Shinee gets Shinee World, SJ gets Super Show, TVXQ gets various tours, f(x) gets…a shared concert. Is that fair? No. It’s been four years since their debut, and they are the second best selling girl group this year they deserve their own concert. Like I mentioned I have been in the fandom since 2011, and f(ans) have been talking about wanting to go to their solo concert since those days. Many want to go that much I’m sure of.

f(x) came back with Electric shock on June 15, 2012 I believe. Their latest comeback wasn’t until July 29,2013. We waited over a year for them to return, and so everyone expected a lot out of these promotions. It was all great at first with art film, and the teasers. The problem started when f(x)’s comeback support was denied by SM. However they approved EXO’s for growl promotions. I think this is clearly unfair, and a bit biased. If you don’t know what comeback support is then I will explain briefly. Usually fansites for groups raise money, and buy meals/snacks for the girls/staff during their music show promotions. The recordings for the music shows are usually in the morning, so who wouldn’t want some food after waiting who knows how long to get your performance down perfectly? Most of us were pretty peeved at SM for this action, but even more so when Growl was released a week after Rum pum pum pum giving the girls no real time to shine in their own overdue comeback. They were able to win a week of awards, but then for the next month or something like that EXO took all the awards. They were also forced to dance to Growl when they won their own award.

I don’t have to explain this..do I? They are the only ones left out without a banner of their own. It’s sad, and disgusting they are ostracized by their own company. It hurts the fans so much.

Also during pinktape promotions Chinese fans were complaining that the CD was sold out everywhere. SM wasn’t sending new shipments of CD’s to the store, so nobody could buy the album. Truth be told the same thing happened with SNSD IGAB album as well. Something else that is also irritating is that usually during an album promotion a group has about 2-3 fansign events to raise their sales, but f(x) only had one for pinktape. They had more fansigns for a brand they are endorsing LOVCAT than their own album. If that’s not sad, I don’t know what is. Please do me a favor, and reblog. I want people to see how bad f(x) is being treated. We have to stand up and do something. Nobody else will, thank you.
