Hi dear.
구타 means "beating" or "assault"
If you mean "beat" like the beat of the music. It's just 비트.
If you want to say "Girl's Beat"
여자의 비트 or 소녀의 비트
Either one means the same thing. "여자" means women/girls in general; "소녀" is for girls/young women. So if you want to mean a girl that's young, 소녀의 비트 is the best.
