1. Your bias is?

Right now, it is Taecyeon from 2PM.  Sometimes, it is Junho or Chansung, and sometimes even Daehyun of B.A.P... depending on who is being an adorable little at the moment.

1. Favorite food is?

ICE CREAM! I will do anything for ice cream.  It is a comfort food for me, and it is sweet and comes in a million different flavors so it suits any mood I am in.

I will also accept anything sweet. ^^

1. Do you like teddy bears?

Yes.  When I was little, I was taught that Teddy Bears were the knights who protected me from the monsters in the closet and under the bed.  As long as I had a teddy bear around, I was safe.  So, even now, I have my soldiers to protect me at night. ^^

1. Did you ever get lost somewhere far away from your home?

I have not, actually.  I have a pretty good sense of direction, and now I have a GPS, so I think I am okay.

1. What do you wish for the most right this moment?

A new place to live. I am really tired of roommates who are rude and disrespectful and I want my own place so I can read and write in peace.

1. If you’d be allowed to see your bias once but had to give up on something important to you in return, would you do it?

No.  Instead, I would work hard to go see them on my own without working any fancy schamncy deals.  One day....

1. Favorite book/manga?

Liar Game is my favorite Manga.  I have too many favorite books! T^T  Let’s see...The Power of One (Bryce Courtney), Harry Potter (J.K. Rowling), and Magic Elizabeth (Norma Kassirer) are probably my top three right now.

1. Do you like cats or dogs? 

More of a dog person because cats will plot your demise as easily as love you.  But when I move, I might get a cat to keep things interesting.

1. What is your favorite color?

White and blue and forest green

1. Was there ever an item you wanted so bad that you were ready to do anything to make it yours? What was it?

No.  Anything I wanted, I would get for myself, or learn to live without.  There are too many things in this world that we can live without. Maybe I should be a monk...

1. What would you do if your bias said he doesn’t like you? 

I would flip him off and say I really didn’t like him either, and then run home and sob hysterically in my mushroom corner.

1. Why are you so awesome?

I am awesome because I have the support of so many wonderful people.  My support group (my Aegi’s and my PotatOT6, and all my readers and silent cheerleaders) is a huge one and because of so much love, I am awesome.  It is all thanks to you! <3<3<3

1. How about your first inspiration of writing 2PM fics?

My very first story came from a dream.  I woke up and immediately started writing it and then I just couldn’t stop writing about them after that.

1. What is your favorite group and what makes them so special in your eyes?

2PM is at the top of my list. They hold this spot because of who they are behind the scenes and off camera.  Not only do they work hard and are dedicated to their fans (I mean hell, Junho goes on stage with a spinal injury!), they spend their off time volunteering and doing service.  They are brothers who fight and work and love together and that is a beautiful thing.  They are good people inside and out and I am proud to be a hottest, good times and bad.  It doesn’t matter to me whether they win #1 on anything.  I know they do their best and I will cheer them on forever. <3

1. If you could be any person for one day who would you be? Why?

I would be a homeless person, because then I think I would really be appreciative of all the things I have and really understand that I can do with less.

1. You have a time machine and you can change only one moment in your life, that could then potentially change your future. What moment in time are you going back to?

Back to my first year in college.  I passed up buying those light-up high heels.  They were on sale and just my size and they were clear with light up heels and I left them in the store and I seriously regret it every time I think about it.  

As to the big things in my life, even the bad things have shaped me into who I am today and I am grateful to every one of those experiences.  I may not be here if anything were different.

1. What is one characteristic that you look for in a potential mate (physically or personality-wise)?

Physically, I look for kind eyes and a sweet smile.  Those things tend to make everything better.  It is a plus if they have a nice body and are taller than me, but I am willing to overlook that if they a nice smile and bright eyes.

Personality wise, I want someone who is passionate about music.  Someone who is as gentle in love as they are fierce in battle. ^^

1. Do you prefer a quiet friend or a talkative one?

I am normally really shy and don’t talk a lot so I prefer someone who can carry the conversation. 

1. What is it that makes you smile no matter what?

Watching someone else smile and laugh, that makes me smile every time.

1. What is your view of stereotypes?

I think that stereotypes are exaggerated truths.  I think they come from some truths about people, but you have to keep in mind that they are a generalization.  Not all blondes are dumb, not all Asians are good at math, not all Californians know how to surf.

1. Do you think all kpop idols are really who they seem to be?

No.  Not during their Idol period at least.  The company gives them an image to uphold for a while, and then they all reach that point where they are allowed to break out of the “idol image” and be themselves.  That is the best time for me, when they are finally themselves.

1. What do you love the most about yourself?

I love my eyes.  It is a superficial thing, I know, but I like them.  I think my eyes are pretty. ^^

1. IS THERE A CHURCH DEDICATED FOR YOU?

I am Pagan, so the Earth herself is my church.  I do attend Circle with my other Pagan friends, but that can be anywhere.  We usually go to my Mama Teresa’s shop, but I have held Circle at the beach before.

1. WHATS YOUR FAVORITE CEREAL?

I love cereal.  Tooty Fruities, or Marshmallow Mateys are the best! And shredded wheat, that is nasty. >.<

1. favorite bubble tea?

Tea Station near my house has the best Honeydew Melon Milk Tea OMG IT IS SO AMAZING!!!

Neither.  I turn into Taec in WGM Global around those things.

French of France? O.o  Um, I go British.  I have a few friends from across the pond, and France and I have a bad history...

I am 26 American age.  I AM SO OLD! TT^TT I despise being a noona fan...*sobs*

1. what makes you like boyxboy pairing?

I actually didn’t think I would like boyxboy pairings, but there is something oddly powerful about it.  It is like, they can be sweet and gentle or fierce and powerful and it works.  There is a sense of both strength and fragility about this type of pairing that I find appealing.  I am not describing it well, but I just like it.

1. when is the first time you know about boyxboy smexy scene?

The first FF I ever read was Gummimoon’s “A Bartender at Midnight” and it was such a powerfully amazing story that I was instantly hooked.  That was the first boyxboy I had ever read either, but she wrote it in such a way that it wasn’t just about the (which was amazing) but about the characters themselves and that is what me in.

1. how you decided to write fics? 

I have loved creative writing since I was little and I have written a number of stories outside of FF, a few of which are being edited for publishing. (*worried*)  Being a part of the Hottest fandom has only increased my love of writing and given me a lot more freedom to write what I want.

1. Hobbies? Interests? Favorite past-times?

I have played piano since I was 5 and still love it.  I also like to sketch and do watercolor even though I at it. ^^

1. Describe yourself in 10 words.

Shy, compassionate, self-conscious, adorable, silly, hungry, sarcastic, moody, studious, excitable.

1. How did you get into Kpop? And when?

I BLAME NETFLIX! They recommended a kdrama in 2008 and I fell in love with it and the music, and I cannot escape the black hole that is the Kpop world!  (It was “Soulmate”, btw...the Kdrama that started it all)

1. What do you do to get away from the craziness that is work/school/family and everything else, and literally have an ALL ALONE ME time?

I build a nest in the bathtub, piling all my blankets and pillows in there and curl up and read or write, and generally just hide from everyone.

1. What is the thing that you've always wanted to do but have not gotten to it yet because you don't have the time yet? 

Go skiing or snowboarding (I have only seen the snow once)

Take a train anywhere (I have never been on a train)

1. Among all the 4 seasons, which seasons do you like the most ?

Fall/Autumn is my favorite season.  I love the colder weather and the changing colors. <3  Plus it brings in the wonderful holidays!

1. Where do you get your ideas from for writing FF?

Daydreaming usually.  Or nighttime dreams.  Or music videos.  Or writing prompts from friends. ^^

1. Where would you like to spend your ideal vacation?

Ideally on the beach, but at this point, I will take a vacation anywhere.  I haven’t had a vacation in years. T^T

1. Most memorable K-Pop moment to you?

2PM Show! I was in one of the lowest points of my life when I started watching it.  I honestly believe that it was the only thing that kept me going at some points.  I credit that show and those boys to my still being here today. 

1. If you have been to Korea, where are the recommended places to go. If you have not, where are the places you'd want to go.

Namsan Tower, and to walk around in the less popular areas so you can get a taste of what it is really about away from all the touristy places.  Try their street food too!

1. 5 Random facts about yourself that not many know of.

I have a scar on my left thigh from when I fell off my bike into a cactus.  It only shows up in the summer.

I wanted to dye my hair blue in high school, but my dad threatened to shave my head if I did, so I refrained.

I convinced my mom I was allergic to cauliflower so I would never have to eat it.  Unfortunately my act didn’t work with lima beans.  I hate those things.

I have sound-to-color synesthesia.  I means that every sound I hear turns into a color and shape I see in front of me.  My voice is the only sound without a color.

I was going to be a ballerina until I was around 9 when my ballet teacher told me I would never succeed because I didn’t have the body for it.  I haven’t danced since then.

1. If you could marry a Kpop star (just one) who would it be?

I would marry Nichkhun.  I think he would be a considerate husband and a wonderful father, despite his mistakes.  He is only human, and I appreciate that.

1. What T.V show has traumatized you till now? Movies, drama etc

Sleeping Beauty.  I watched it as a kid and I had nightmares for a long time.  I haven’t watched it since then.  The queen turning into a ferocious dragon was too much for me.

1. Most embarrassing moment in your life?

In the 3rd grade, I took a spelling test and it was super quiet and right in one of those quiet moments, I farted super loud (the vibrate against the chair kind) and I wanted to die because everyone laughed at me. T^T

1. What is secret kink? That you never would admit?

I have a thing for neck ties.  There are SO many things you can do with them.  And I’m going to leave it at that...

1. If you could live in one fantasy book, what will it be?

The Lord of the Rings, post Sauron.

1. If you could be in any current girl group now, what would it be?

Sistar or Sunny Hill, I guess.  I am not big on girl groups.

1. If you could have one kpop idol as a parent, who will it be?

Bora.  I think she would be the cool, best friend/mom who still kept everything in line.

1. JYP , YG ., SM in which areas or in what they are lacking? I mean we all know what they achieved and all the goods but is there anything you are disappointed with?

I wish JYP would help out his artists a little more and himself a little less.  I think there is still an ego thing going on with him and that is a little disappointing to me.

YG needs to be kinder to their idols.  I get the impression that all the YG artists are allowed to compose and solo, but there is a huge amount of pressure on them and I worry about them.

SM needs to treat the fans better.  They have a lot of talent but their marketing and handling their fans is complete e.  No one likes teasers and no debut for a year.  And no one likes a sudden “oh here, have a comeback” with no warning.  You really need to get your together SM. >.<

1. We all made friends on AFF but did you ever meet one of them in real?

Does Skype count?  I haven’t met any other Kpop fans in San Diego.  ARE YOU OUT HERE? COME FIND ME!!!

1. Do you believe that you are on right way in leading your life?

I guess so.  There are always things I could improve and goals I am working towards, but I am proud of the person I am becoming.

1. What is the your all time favorite KPop video and song?

Right now, it is 2PM’s “A.D.T.O.Y.”  It seems to fit every one of my moods.  The other that I will never tire of is DBSK’s “Love in the Ice”.  That never gets old.

1. Do u own any Kpop merchandise and albums?

I own a few posters, and a handful of albums, but nothing else really.  It is hard to find stuff down here.  (Korea! Send me stuff!...actually, Anyone! Send me stuff! ^^ j/k!)

1. What is most important thing KPop taught you?

That I am not alone.  No matter what struggle I am going through, there is something out there to make it better.  Whether it is a song, or fancam, or a tumblr meme, or another fan, there is always something there.  Despite that I am on a different continent, I can still reach out and be a part of a fandom with others who are like me and it comforts me.

And just as I am not alone, the same goes for you.  Kpop and music is something that brings us together, and there is a bond there.  So, if you are ever feeling like you are utterly alone, please remember that you are not.  I am here. We all are.  And you can always reach out to me. <3
