Personality:

Sunhae is not the typical girl who fantasizes about being famous or what not. She actually became an idol because she wanted to rebel against her parents who wanted her to be their so-called 'perfect daughter'.  Despite her baby face features, she's really tough.  She really hates being degraded for being a girl, so she usually acts manly around everyone.  She's athletic and doesn't like backing down from anything. She also gas poor choices when it comes to fashion so she's usually wearing ragged clothes. She's also stubborn, she hates being told what to do.  She also gets cranky at the most little things. She's one of the troublemakers in her family because she would play pranks on everyone. 

Her attitude towards others during first meetings usually comes off awkwardly. She's usually cold to anybody she meets for the first time but once she gives her trust, she's really warm and kind. She always gets worried for people whom she treasures. Instead of acting as the mother of the group, she tends to be the ''hyung' since she always fights physically with those who hurt her loved ones.  She's loyal to her friends even if they would seem unreasonable to her. She doesn't lie to people as well, she's very blunt especially when it concers her career. 

Background:

Minhae  was born to a rich family who were self-centered about their wealth and image. Her siblings as well are very much like her parents which made her feel like she grew up with a bunch of  heartless monsters. She was barely in her house because she would run away to her grandparents.  She was forced to do the training princesses do when they're young because posise and class mattered to their family too much.  She was also forced to go to a prestigious school but got kicked out because of her lacking presence in her classes. 

She was then casted out of the family. She happily took the opportunity to  live in with her grandparents and go to a normal school. She decided to change her name to Sunhae. So that her parents would not have the chance to find her anymore. She learned to live by herself at a nearby apartment around their school's street. She learned how to work part time so that she could pay for her own tuition fees and the necessities she needed to continue living.  She studied hard as well so she would be able to join the honorary list of top students. 
Habits :  She tends to lip bite when she the situation makes her feel uncomfortable, she avoids eye contact when she feels upset with something, she stares at her nails when she's in deep thought, she puffs her cheeks a lot when she's too tired.
