step one - decide on the main characters/idols. if it is your first then pick someone you know more about (prob bias)
step two - daydream about one scene - absolutely anything. write it as a drabble first (or you will forget it)
step three - keeping a hold on that scene, figure out if there is potential for it to be expanded as a one-shot. if not, then you have a drabble! :D
step four - start building on the story idea by adding another character or two, or plot twists, etc. I actually see my stories as a movie and I ask myself what do i need to tell people to understand the whole story?
step five - write, write, write; whether you discover yourself to be a planner or panster, you just keep writing!
step six - proof read
step seven - publish

You should find your own idea =) Find a plot that sounds good, and interesting, and then write down several thoughts about it.

If you're struggling with finding a plot, think about your favorite movie or book, and write a plot about that, just make it yours, and don't copy it.

Or you can, as i do, listen to music, lie down and close your eyes, and just clear your mind, and i assure you, an idea will come to you.
