But I don't feel the same about that site which converts fics to pdfs and other ebook formats.

If you know the site, just keep quiet about it.

I tried one of my fics, and to my dismay, I was able to download it -.- 

Well, some of you provide your readers pdf copies of your fics. But I don't want to end up like some of you, whining about getting plagiarized after handing your stories to plagiarizers.

You might think that I have no right to feel so overprotective about my fics. It's just a fanfic and not worth publishing anyway. Who would want to steal it? But it is better that I did everything to save myself from the grief of having it copied. Writing them is not easy. I just want my stories to stay here in AFF. I don't even have a printed copy of any of my fics -.- 

So, please don't convert or print fanfics without permission from authors.
