Mostly it's due to his health condition. Well that's what our baby maknae thought.

I'll miss you. Not just me, but the rest of the KissMe s and Kpop fans out there in the world. If this is what you want, we will accept what you have decided. Even though it will take years to accept that our little maknae will be leaving the Kpop scene, we will support you. We still love you Dongho oppa. Always have and always will. I know you probably never read this or see it, I just wanna put it out there. I, Ashleigh (not going to put my last name  >.>), have always love you from the start of your debut. Your first stage of Man Man Ha Ni brought my attention to you and the rest of the U-Kiss members.  From that day on, I was a KissMe. You truly are one of a kind, Shin Dongho, you can sing, dance, rap, act... The list can go on forever. You broke through my normal bias list and made it to my ultimate one, placing yourself as #3. You're really dear and important to me and the rest of the KissMe s. You have completed 5 years of performing, going through struggles during trainee days all the way up to the present day. I will soon accept of your absence because you did earn that well deserve rest. Good luck my little baby. As long as your happy, I will be happy for you. 정말 당신을 시랑합니다, 신동호 ❤
