Learning math is like learning a new language. You need to practice. Make it a point to do your homework or answer exercise problems every night so that your mind would get used to how math problems are presented and how to solve them. Studying right before an exam won't bring you anywhere unless you are really good at math. Idk about your school but my books have answer keys of odd numbers at the last page. Even if the even numbered questions do not have the answers at the back, I still solve them since they are similar to the odd numbered questions before them which have answers. Attitude is also a factor. How can we do good when we hate what we are doing? It is a matter of changing our perspective. Only fools and dead people can't change their minds. My advanced math teacher would always lead us in our mantra: I love Math. Math is beautiful. Aja!

When I was studying geometry years before, I've always found hard. With those x and y something, it makes it hard. But, hmm. Why don't you go to your teacher and ask for help after class? It'll always work. Write notes, write every examples your teacher gives.. Hmm. Try to solve a problem on your book everyday, REPEATEDLY. So you'll remember it. :))
