Personality: From the surface, some people claim that she is snobbish. Manners, breeding and good taste is of enormous importance to her. In fact, she is aesthetic. She is born with excellent nose for style in everything. Possessing a strong sense of luxury, she can be extravagant and takes great pleasure in pampering herself and her loved ones; she delight in the stimulation of the senses.

When encountering her, we sense her quiet sincerity and purity. Put your trust on her, she won't let you down and she will never try to. She simply wants to do everything right. She is so honest that she feels guilty for the slightest error, and she is more indulgent and forgiving of others that her is of herself. She is without artifice or pretense, and dislikes forcing herself on others or being the center of attention. She allows herself to be duped easily, accepts her own faults calmly, and those of others with tolerant understanding. She is incredible sincere, almost to the point of doing herself harm, and always disarmed by the bad faith of others. Background: Soyoung was born on March the 20th in 1993 into the Ahn family. Her father was manage a clothes factory while her mother was a nurse. She was spoiled to the point where she is being aesthetic during early childhood. When she was 13, Her parents divorced. She ended up living with hermother and her sister, Sohee who is a year older with her father.She still contact with their father tho. Sohee and Soyoung often fought because of the lack of attention from parent. Their parent was so busy they had barely anytime to pay attention to them. Even if they wanted to go somewhere with them, and do things with them, they couldn't. Soyoung was still spoiled her aesthetically but had improved by quite a lot, just sometimes she does get a extravagant in luxury. But bad times continued for her father and Sohee, the clothes factory that her father was managing folded soon after his divorced. In oder to survive, he ended up working as a courier delivery man on motorbike. For Soyoung, despite her possibly feeling hurt and having ahrad time dealing with the divorce, she was encouraging her mother to remarried when she had found someone afterward.

Her sister debuted as an idol first in 2007 and she did feel inferior since they both had been having passion for music since children. Her mother had been supportive of Soyoung but she prefer her to be a soloist. But even after Sohee's debut her mother started to compare the two of them. Soyoung was scouted into Star Factory in 2009, she is now finally fulfilling her dreams and becoming a star herself. She even released album and single on 2010. She also showed up in few variety show. But she has no luck with that small company as the company folded few months later.

She heard about Kandarella looking for trainees, she auditioned secretly from her mother and got accepted. Little that she know that the company is in colloboration with JYP and JTune. Trainee years was hard because she had to live her life everyday with the same boring schedule with sweat and blood(lol). She was not good in dancing as she thought and was given an extra class for that. She has a worldwide famous idol sibling she is always compared to. Other trainees who know about Sohee would said that she only in the company because of her famous sibling, perhaps they haven't her her great vocal(UGOGIRL!). After 2 years of training, she made it into list as a member of Kanderella's first girl group.

How you met/will meet: They will meet in a variety show, All The Kpop. Soyoung is late for 30 minutes since the van she is in break down. Whe she arrive there she keep saying sorry to everyone including to the guest, EXO's Kai, DO, Suho and Sehun. Kai is literally tired at that time, he has been up all night for a photoshoot, easily pissed he quietly said, "Excuses." It's not loud but enough for Soyoung to hear it.
