How you vote in this poll is (weirdly enough) scan for the official Arirang Show Biz Entertainment comments underneath their posted picture that have the name (and number) for Hyungsik and also the one for Kwanghee and "like" them. It says it deletes other comments though it's sort of a lie, there's a billion comments for those voting things.
