so this is the map of II floor of Hyukjae's mansion, finally you guys have it ;)

the red arrow is where the door is placed, if you remember the first floor you'll know there was the staircase down there, so I haven't drawn it here ;)

Donghae in this chapter 46 walks following the arrow  so he has the bedroom on his right and junsus' wall on the left, while going on in the corridor there is the gym etc.

the X are of course the places where Junsu and Hyuk's rooms are, it's because as you can remember those rooms were reeeally tall, so they reached the second floor ceiling, on top of this floor there is the terrace and the skylights are on those two rooms ;)

Note: inside the gym, to your left there is the dojo, imagine it as a rectangular that is almost half the real room,  it takes two windows, I didn't draw it because it isn't surrounded by real walls....if you are wondering the mysterious chests are right in front of the door, one is next to the window and the one just down there near it...lol if you instead don't understand what I'm talking about never mind :P
