"Style"
Personality: Mi Yeon is exactly the next door type of girl. She's bright, cheerful and optimistic. Always the one to initiate conversation, everyone knows her as a loud and talkative girl. As optimistic as she can be, she always sees failure as her golden opportunity to succeed in the end of the day. She's a spontaneous and fearless girl who believe that life is a risk and it's required you to jump. For her, everything will be possible with your talent and harwork. She's a straightforward girl who always choose to be honest over everything. She is fun to be with and enjoys doing sports and led a very healthy life. 

Beside her nice personality, Mi Yeon is a clumsy and possessive girl. She's used to put her things anywhere and lost it. She is now on her second phone just for the month. She is also a forgetful girl who usually tends to forget things easily. She only remembers important things and claimed that her brain already contains too much information. She's also possessive over her things and no one could touch her things without her consent or she'll be really mad. She gets frustrated easily and usually started nagging after that. She even get frustrated over small things like going inside her room without knocking or change the place where she puts her things. She can be quite busybody at times and will keep asking the same question for thousand times until the person gets annoyed.

Apart from that, Mi Yeon is a rather nice girl who get along with everyone. She is kind and can be helpful although she usually do it secretly like putting lozenges in her friend's locker if they is sick or just making a hangover soup and left in in the microwave after seeing any of her friends coming back in a drunk state. But, she is not good in keeping secret and usually 'accidentally' spilled out the things or secret that she actually shouldn't.

"History"
Background: Shim Mi Yeon was born in an ordinary family of two teachers. Since small, she already loved singing. Her mother then sends her for a violin class since she's 8 years old and she has won a lot of awards for her talent. She is not that smart in studying so her parents decided that she should pursue what she's talented in, that is music. To strat her story, Mi Yeon is actually a passive girl in elementary school. She was usually getting teased because of her slow-paced in studying, despite her oleder brother and sister being so good in that area. She usually come back home crying because of that and seldom being scolded by her father because of her lacks passion in studying. She did try her best but studying is just out of her league. She was then secretly encouraged by her mother to  join the school choir and she actually get complimented for her voice.

After moving to middle school, she learns that being passive over everything is not the best solution. She starts being talkative and starts befriend with everyone since it's easy as she starts in a new school where everyone didn't really know her. She also didn't attend the same elite school as her younger brother and sister and decided to do things as how she would like to. After knowing that she also auditioned to be an idol, her father was angry at first, but she has her mother and brother back her up at that. 
Reason For Auditioning: Her brother debuted as an idol as she is 10 years old. Her mother encouraged her to do things she's good at and one of the SM talent scout also recognised her talent in the showcase where she sings and play the violin.
Training Period: Six years and 10 months
Trainee Life: Mi Yeon started being a trainee in SM Entertainment, the same entertainment as her brother. At first, she has quite a normal trainee life. Around 2009, when TVXQ was on the peak of deciding to break up, that was the time where Mi Yeon was technically preparing to debut with f(x). She then was pulled out from the group and was asked by the company to be the 'audience' instead of being an idol. Her family was frustrated and Changmin, having to endure a lot more, discussed with her father to make her sister change her company. SM, of course doesn't want to let her go, but Woolim took definite action and pay a big sum of money with a contract signed for her. Anyway, SM then et her go with a condition that Changmin shouldn't reveal her as his sister until she's debuted. They also can't acted like siblings in public. There are rumors saying that she is Changmnin's secret girlfriend and people trying to dig up on her, even followed her to her dorm, which make Woolim and SM agree to let Changmin reveal her as his sister. That's why Changmin rarely talk about her as a sister, because she had to be unknown.

Program Love Interest:

Why You Like Them: Well, she had noticed him since the first day she stepped into Woollim Entertainment. They said opposite attracts and Miyeon do admit that. Minwoo seems like he's mysterious and having the talkative and busybody Miyeon around she just loved to annoy him to the max. She think he just lack in emotion and he needs to forced it out sometimes, thus she loves to annoy him.
How They Act Together: Miyeon is loud and talkative. One of her hobbies is annoying Minwoo and having Minwoo to talk to her. She usually loved to start a verbal fight with him.
How Will/Did They Meet: Although they were from the same company, they never saw each other. Miyeon would has noticed him but not for Minwoo. So, they met the first time they were announced for the selection programme and the first think Minwoo said to Miyeon is : Can you just shut up for a while?

Name: Park Jihoon
Age: 19
Why You Like Them: Jihoon is one of the guy who Miyeon feel comfortable with although he's a year younger. He gets along well with everyone and she doesn't know why, but her heart just fluttered everytime he come closer to her.
How They Act Together: Miyeon tried her hardest to not being clumsy or accidentally spilled out that she likes him. Most of the time, they enjoyed having a chat togetehr and Miyeon will just be her talkative and cheerful although inside, her heart was thumping like crazy. 
How Will/Did They Meet: It was the first day in the program and Miyeon was walking by herself to buy some water. As she arrived at the vending machine, she then remembered that she didn't bring any coins with her and end up kicking the machine furiously. Jihoon who was there saw everything and laughed his heart out before he decided to buy her the water.

How Will/Did They Meet: They met at the dorm where they were choosing the room. After choosing the room, Miyeon put her bag on the chair while going to the kitchen for some water. That is when Minji put her bag on the table and sat down on the chair.

Haeun and Miyeon usually share stories with each other and only Haeun can stand Miyeon being anooying and vice versa.
