I see what you're saying. I think a lot of it's that A) We have a lot of young, naive, writers and readers on this website. B) A lot of people want unrealistic, cliche, ty stories, with pretty much no plot. If there is a plot then it's very cliche, like I mentioned, and it's not anything original and realistic. The large amount of is ultimately what keeps them reading the story, not because they actually think the story is good. Orrrrr they really don't have good taste and prefer and cliche "plot" over realism and originality.

Don't think like this.. unfortunately the majority here is 11 year old girls and well, don't wanna say anything about their ability to judge but yeah I guess you get what I mean..
I've seen someone getting 300 subs for a story where the whole plot is stolen from someone else and theres basically nothing happening for 20 chapters..

Pabo is this why you are holding out on me?
I've said it before and you have gotten it from other people, your stories are so good and you have a a knack for writing things that sound raw(?) and real.
Keep writing and doing it wonderfully, I'm sorry I can't put into words everything I wish to say to you. I fail at expressing myself TT_TT

Oh, I've had those moments alright ...
But you can only compare if you have the same main character and if you're both writing or yuri. Oh, and .. always gets more subs and stuff.
Then again, the person you are talking to may advertise their story on others walls, in shops, etc.
So don't be too hard on yourself :)
