Personality : Young Mi is a girl with a bright smile. She always starts her day with a smile no matter how hard the previous day was. For her, everybody has a past, lives in the present and deserves a better future. She will always shows her bright and sparkling smile no matter how hard her day was and no matter how much works she needs to do. An optimistic and cheerful girl who always break the silence because she just hate awkward situation with others, that is Shim Young Mi. She always sees failures as a golden opportunity to success and will work hard to make sure she will win in the end no matter how hard it is.

She is a clumsy and innocent girl. People never say she looks her age, but younger because of her innocent face. Her clumsiness is at the top as she usually loses her things anywhere. She left her wallet at the mart's counter, left her handbag in the toilet, left her phone in the taxi and even left ar key inside the carboot. Name it, she's done everything. She even on her third phone just for this month.

Young Mi is a patient and loyal friend who always treated others how she want to betreated. She rarely get mad and simply forgive anyone mistakes. But forgive doesn't mean forget. She will remember your bad deeds and refused to talk to you until she calms down which sometimes takes forever according to how big your mistake was. She loves people dearly and she is a loyal friend who will always stand by her friend no matter how hard it will be. 

She is also a jealous and possessive girls who hates losing. She is willing to do anything, I mean literally anything to make sure she will win in the end. Oh yeah, she's that bad. She'll make sure she'll win and fight to the end. She is the type who can hide her feeling. She'll smile when she feel happy and frowned when she's angry. She is like an open book, you will know how she feel according to her facial expression.

Background : Born in Gwangjoo, South Korea, Shim Young Mi is a girl from a poor family. Her father died when she was 5 years old and her mother had to work really hard to make sure she and her younger sister can go to school. Her grandmother is the one who take care of their well being while her mother did several jobs just to make sure they have enough money for everything.

She starts to be a model after a group of photographers come to the village when she was in high school. They was going to take several pictures of the forest when they saw her. One of the photographer asked her to be his model and is willing to pay her for that which she gladly accepted. He was the one who encouraged her to be a model since she started to be his part-time model since then.
