Im scarred for life 0_0

OK so my mom showed me a very disturbing video. She showed me a video on Facebook of a women having a natural birth in her kitchen O_O Then she was all like "Now you know how to give birth."  and I was just like (0_0)  I kept thinking "I know the process of making one, but I didn't want to wittness it!" I'm scarred  for life.
