Wonder Girls - Be My Baby [Review]

Wonder Girls - BE MY BABY [Review]

Title (2/5)

It's some-sorta cliche, but nevertheless, it is kinda romantic-nessy. When you first see the title, it will make you think of retro, and it's great to see that.

Music Video (4/5)

The music video is really nice. The camera work is awesome, as well, too. The thing that bothers me is the green-screen things, but it isn't too easy to notice, so it's okay.

Costumes (3/5)

Some costumes are like Beyonce's Single Ladies's costumes, and it is really easy to notice that. But for the other costumes, they are really cool, and I really like Yu Bin's throughout the video. But ---- Why are they wearing the pink/blue furry things on their arms? I mean, it's cute and fuffy, I guess, but why do you even need to? You could just wear the costume and go for it.

English (5/5)

The English is matching, along with the Korean lyrics. You would probably say they just put in all of the mixed English words in it, and I agree on that, but they really made it well, with the Korean.

Originality (2/5)

This is a typical song --- A girl gets lovesick blabalbalblalbalba thinking of him everyday blablablalblabla, but it's catchy as well as it is fun to hear. It is just like Miss-A's 'Breathe', and other girl-group songs where they say they are lovesick, in love or something.

Flow (3/5)

The flow for this song is just normal -- First bridge, chorus, second bridge, etc. But what's annoying me is that the rap part is too fast, and every song's rap part should be pushed away further, just like what they did in Nobody. They should've saved the rap part for the last, and make the rhythm more slower, because the rap part doesn't even fit with the instrumental.

Score: 19/30

Work harder, Wonder Girls!

I'm sure there will be greater improvements in your sales.
