Personality :

When you walk into the room and Hyeri is also there, you'll know. She's an absolute social butterfly. Wherever she goes, she talks to somebody and makes them smile. Hyeri is the type of person who can (and will) march right up to you and ask you how your day is going, and if you're sad, she knows the exact way to cheer you up. Hyeri doesn't know how to flirt at all, note that; she's much better at befriending people than she is getting them to fall in love with her. Hence, she has a bunch of platonic male friends - more than she knows what to do with. Hyeri's the type of person anybody can go to for advice; in high school, she ran an advice collumn, as a matter of fact. (It didn't last very long, but that's besides the point. Her advice was absolutely awesome.) When the stress of idol life gets to be too much for the girls of Ethreal, she's there for them, making sure they take breaks and rest. She helps people get their feeilngs out so they can be happy again.
Flaws : 99% of the time, Hyeri's just meddling. She often asks too many questions or digs too deep to the point where she's just being really annoying. Not everybody always wants her help, and Hyeri just has a lot of trouble realizing that. She always tries to help, even in places when she really, really shouldn't.

That, and her optimistic, smiley front hides a lot of pent-up stress. She's amazing at hiding the way she feels; it always seems like she's really good at handling bad things, but she's always there, keeping it inside. Beneath all the sunshine, Hyeri is an absolute time bomb, and when she explodes, she's terrifying. She'll lash out at even the group members she's worked so hard to befriend, or whoever's around. It's very scary, so those who know her well make sure to be gentle around her.

Background : Jung Hyeri was born and raised in Bucheon, South Korea as the only child of two very loving (and rather doting; the family never had things too bad off) parents. She began ballet lessons when she was 3, and took hip hop dance classes starting at the age of 11. She's always been a dancer - before ballet lessons, she watched performances on TV and danced along - and when she auditioned for SM Entertainment when she was 16, she got in based on her skills. No big drama or anything.

Style : Hyeri's style is classic k-fashion - girly, trendy, and femminine. Her favorite color is pink, and she makes sure to wear it in some way in whatever outfit she has on - in her clothes, shoes, or accessories. Hyeri likes soft lines, nothing too tight fitting; fluted, pleated, or otherwise fairly flouncy skirts; and puffed sleeves. She looks like a fairy when she walks by - or that's what she thinks, anyway.

Nickname(s) : The people close to him call him Hoya. And it's his stage name, so.

Personality : When Hoya talks, a good 70% of the time it's snark. There's so much sarcasm and wittiness that goes into what he speaks. He's also well known for his sass, which he uses on the other members of Infinite. A lot. 20% of the time, he has really horrible puns that Hyeri occasionally pretends to laugh at, sometimes. It's best you don't speak of them. Then there's the 10% of the time his true personality comes out - it's sweet and kind and manly, and protective, and thoughtful, and generally perfect. It's just so hard for him to get there, and for him to open up to people like that, that it's hardly ever seen.
How they met : Hyeri had a gig backup dancing while Infinite was promoting The Chaser. She met Dongwoo backstage, who she's pretty strictly platonic with, and Hoya, who...was different.
Status : He's her dance mentor and she's his best friend but it's entirely possibly that they're in love with each other.
Scene request : Hyeri can't get one part of a dance routine right; Hoya shows up at the practice room, also being a main dancer and all, to help her out. She's starting to get frustrated, but she hides it as usual, when bam - Hoya asks why she's hiding her sadness instead of using it as motivation to get the dance right. She has no clue, natch, so she just talks to him about it, his arm around her shoulder the entire time.
