Personality : She came from a wealthy family, making her become an intelligence and bit pampered girl. Her parents treated her nicely, lovely, and always try their best to grant her wishes. But she isn't an arrogant in fact she is a very simple girl that can become very happy just because a simple thing like when one of her friends gave her a cookies that her friend made on cooking class, just like that simple. She always greatfull for everything that happen, for sunny, snowy, or rainy days and for people that come in her life. Her mother always teach her to be humble, warm-hearted, friendly, and bright. That's exactly how she is. Until one day everything change and life makes her to be mature than she should be. There's no more two pairs of arms that will hug her, there's no more wise words from her mother and there's no way she can listen her father's voice everyday. Her mother passed away and her father doesn't want to see her because she is much like her mother. She was back to Seoul and lives with her aunty. She is still humble, warm-hearted, friendly, and bright but there's something lost in her and that is parents' love and care but she never shows it to anyone. 

Flaws : She acts strong and never really shows her weakness around people.There's one side of her that makes people worried and that is her 'too-focus' side. She is someone that can't let her job left unfinished. She'll stay late night in front of her piano to finish her composed song or just to practice the dance moves that she can't yet.

Background : She is the only child from Yoon Hyunki & Yoon Yura. She lived happily with both of her parents in Vancouver until her mother passed away because of the plane accident. That time her mother who was in Seoul to taking care for their company in Seoul wanted to grant Jaein's wish to attend her 15th birthday party but unfortunately she never made it. Since then her father avoid to see her. Jaein is representing her mother so much and that makes him feel so sad. In the end, her father send her back to South Korea and lived with her aunty. Until now she hasn't meet her father even once.

On her 18, she accompany her aunty to go to SM Ent. Building to take care of something, while her aunty doing her business, she was wandering around, she stopped in a room which there was the CEO and other staffs ( song-writter, choreographer, singing teacher ) and they were doing audition that time. One of the staff misrecognize her as one of the participants, she was being drag to perform. At first she was confuse but as soon as she sees piano there, she made her way there and play her own song. Her voice stunned people who is listening it and because of that she got accepted as a trainee there. Jaein sees it as a chance for her to prove herself to her father and make her mother proud of her. She asks her aunty's permission and yes, her aunty fully support her on it. She learns ballet for almost 5 years so she doesn't find much difficulty to learn dance. Just sometime she can't fully concentrate on practice because thinking of her family problem but the other members & her friends have her back and finally she can make it.

A month since Jaein come in, he never have guts to meet her or even greet her. One night when all trainee have to stay a night in SM Building for such a MT. In other hand, without Jaein knows she starts falling for him too. He makes her feel safe and comfort but also afraid, what if Kai leaves her like her parents leaves her? She afraid that she can't accept it, being left is much hurt so it makes her keeping distance from him. But that doesn't last  long since frustrated Kai being ignored and distance making him to confrontated her and tell her that she can lean on him.
