Dai Mori, better known as his stage name/cruel nickname from the other members: Geras (meaning God of old age) is the leader of MHM. To describe his personality:

 

*Defensive. Never mess with anyone Geras is close to. NEVER.

*Upbeat. What's the point of being sad?

*Hopeful. There's always a new tomorrow.

*Shy. He can't get close to people easily.

*Semi-awkward. He only talks to strangers when he has NO other choice, and will sit there and laugh uncomfortably until he can leave.

*Sarcastic.

*Gentle

*Loving (towards his maknaes.)

*Tough

*Confused easily.

*ALWAYS HAS HIS HEAD IN THE CLOUDS.

*Believes innocence is nearly holy.

*Never quick to trust.

*Always keeps his heart guarded.

*Squels like a little girl when he watches scary movies

*He has a dark past, that sometimes comes back to haunt him.

*Over all, Dai is just a person. He has different thoughs, moods, emotions. Somedays, even different personalities. He's very interchangeable but he would never, (ironically enough) change that.

As his name suggests, Blyss is the ultimate happiness, and the ultimate happiness in Dai's life.

(He has 5 other brothers, who he's proud to call his fellow groupmates.)

Dai grew up in an abusive household. When he wasn't recieving constant pressure to be better, he was being hit, verbally and physically, by his parents.

He didn't deal with this in the typical way (rebelling, self-harm.) He dealt with his problems in the most adultlike way possible. He tried harder.

Day after day, Dai would say, "The harder I try, the easier it'll be to get out one day."

He looked down upon his parents, because he knew that they were hypocrites. They failed school and became small time restuarant owners, gamblers, just bad people.

This caused Dai to mature rapidly. He scoffed at the kids that were lazy, who just "got by," in school, because he knew they would be stuck there forever. Dai laughed at the kids who always talked about how they had so much, "drama," in their life beacuse they had never experienced real distress a day in their "perfect" lives.

He gasped at his classmates who would dare disrespect their elders, because, as he knew from personal experience, it got you no where.

He saw the world from an adults perspective. You try your best always. That was his motto. Because of his constant superior attitude towards his fellow classmates, they nicknamed him arrogant vieillard (arrogant old man.)

Then Dai got a friend. This friend, Jacques Chettore, was a terrible influnce on him. They were friends for a year, and during that year Dai failed five of his classes, got into heavy smoking and drinking, and broke the hearts of millions of innocent girls.

Then Jacques asked Dai to do something Dai just couldn't do. Help him sell drugs.

Geras refused, and though it killed him, stopped being friends with Jacques, which is the reason why Dai finds it so hard to trust people.

By that time though, Geras couldn't break his bad habits. He continued smoking and drinking, just trying to be the person he used to be.

What happened next, Dai still wonders whether it was a blessing from a higher being, or a curse.

Because surely it was a curse when he got a call during his senior year, English AP class, to find out that his pregnant mom, and dad, had both died of a drug overdose.

But maybe it was a blessing, that the baby in his moms stomach was able to be saved.

All Geras knew was that he didn't want the child anyway.

"Non il misere!" (I don't want it.), he had insisted to the nurse when he got to the hospital.

She insisted that Dai at least see the baby, and to this day it was the best choice of his life to walk into that hospital room and look straight into the eyes of the, somehow in all this mess, giggling and smiling young baby boy.

He was named Blyss, extreme happiness, and is the reason that Geras got his life back on track.

Dai was discovered at the SM town open auditions.

When he heard that there was going to be auditions, he knew. He just knew it would mean a better life for him, for his brother.

So he did what any sane person would do, dropped off his little brother at the next door neighbors and ran to the open auditions, which he only had thirty minutes to get to.

The rest was history.~
