Fashion Sense: Her fashion style is quite natural. Even though she cares so much about her skin, face, and hair, she loves to dress naturally. She hates too girly dresses, but also hates too boyish jeans. In spring, she loves to wear light clothes, maybe some skirts and stuff (1  2  3). In summer, she prefers wearing T-shirts so that she can comfortably move in the hot weather (1  2). But also, she has some kinda style when she'd going on malls, cafes, etc. (link). Trainee Background: She was scouted by an S.M. staff when she was practicing her dance routine in her uni's dance room. The staff asked the teachers about her abilities, and they said that she has a wonderful soft singing voice and she can dance very well and precise. She then was casted and she auditioned, being accepted as an S.M. trainee. As soon as she got into the practice room, the CEO realized something: She seemed to recognize EXO's Luhan, and it was proved by how close they were, hugging and talking comfortably. So the CEO placed Lin as Luhan's counterpart and Luhan to be one of her mentors. She was a very good trainee, with her mentors, Luhan and Sunny.

• ATTENTIVE ⇒ She is a very attentive girl. Whenever she's in her class, it's very hard for the other students to gain her attention. Also, when she's assigned to do something, she'd always work on it until it's completely finished.
• BALANCED ⇒ Lin is a very thoughtful girl, she always cares about the other members and friends. She's like a mother to them, caring and sweet. But also, she's ambitious. She is passionate and has a strong will in success. She can handle stress easily, she is a calm type of girl.
• FLEXIBLE ⇒ Always making friends, she can suit in any personality her friends have. She is a bit of a bipolar girl. Yet, she is friendly and kind. She can understand what her friends need, or feel, or even their problems.

Background: She was born in Beijing, she was the only child of the Lin Family. She made lots of friends, they loved to play and sing together. But due to her father's business, she had to follow him to America. Her mother took her to lessons, such as: piano and ballet (age 5), horseback riding (age 6), archery (age 9), and jazz dance (age 10). She loved dancing, and singing as well. She always sang when she's bored. She got straight A's in her schools. Therefore, she was given a scholarship to study in Seoul. Those many years in L.A., she still hasn't forgot her one best friend back in China (he was a boy).

A 17-year-old Lin moved to Seoul, she learned and learned quite fast. After a matter of 3 years, she finally finished her High School. Her best friend introduced her to K-Pop, and furthermore, S.M. Ent. She became interested in S.M.'s rookie boy group when she suddenly realized that her best friend in China became one of the members. She was shocked by his singing and dancing, and she wanted to reunite with him. One day, she was casted by an S.M. staff in her uni when she was practicing her dance routine. He interviewed her teachers and said that she had a wonderful voice and is a great dancer. She then auditioned into S.M. and was accepted.

Nervous - She'll pace all around the room, eys wandering at all directions (mostly upwards), crossing and sometimes twitching her fingers. She'll mumble "Ottokhae? Ottokhae? Ottokhae!? Aish.. Lin-ah, calm down. Calm down, girl. Calm. Down." with some hand gestures.

Lying - She's quite a liar since high school. She always sends a glare right into their eyes, like shooting daggers into it to make them believe that she really is telling the truth. Her tone would get higher when she does.

Shy - She stutters, looks down a lot, and blushes of embarassment. "A-Annyeonghas-seyo. C-Choneun L-L-Lin imnida."

Really wants something - She'd start to use her chipette voice. She rarely uses this: her puppy eyes and 'buing buing' as aegyo.

Love Interest: Kris of EXO

Personality:  He is the type of those mysterious guys. He may seem to have that cold tough look, that piercing stare and his intimidating-like look. But overall, he is a soft, warm-hearted guy. He doesn't talk much, yet he can be as protective to his closest friends. He has a manly personality and was like a father to his friends.

Status: Crushing hard on each other

Your Love Story: She was riding her horse in Seoul Forest, when she caught a glimpse of him sitting on a bench and reading a book. She first wanted to approach him, still hesitating when he suddenly looked up from his book, making eye contact with her. She was shocked on how handsome and charismatic he looked up close, instead of seeing his performances on TV. Kris himself was taken aback by her looks, how elegant-looking she was riding on her horse. Breaking the eye contact, she got off her horse. She picked up her courage and walked to him, smiling a 'hello' to him. He smiled back as she sat beside her. They stayed silent for a while before Kris recognized she was a trainee in S.M. They talked for hours in English and Chinese, she would blush everytime he smiled at her. She's never felt this way before, her heart was pounding fast, racing faster than the speed of a racecar. He, too, started to feel something for her, his heart slowly beats faster in a matter of minutes. 

It was late afternoon when she suddenly remembered she got practice. She glanced at her watch, it was already 2:50 p.m. "Shoot! Dance practice in 10 minutes!" she hissed as she stood up from her seat. She bid goodbye to Kris and got on her horse. He smiled and said "I'll see you soon, maybe?" She blushed and smiled back. "Okay. Until we meet again," she told him before dashing back to her dorm.

Personality: Luhan is easy-going, he's not easily bullied by the others. He's a cool guy, a really cool personality that made others like him as well. He'll show a cute, happy personality oncam, but offcam, he's pretty much insecure.

Your Love Story: He is her childhood bestfriend, she used to spend most of the time with him. As her neighbor, he'd always show up in front of her house, asking her parents if she can play with him. They'd play, sing, and talk together by the field, Lin developed a crush for him. Since she had to move to L.A., Luhan had no friends ever since. When he moved to Korea and debuted as an EXO member, he still remembered her. She first saw him in their 'History' MV, she was really shocked when she saw his familiar face. Her reaction was, like, "*in Chinese* Oh my God. Luhan, is that really you!? MY BEST FRIEND IN BEIJING!?".

She was accepted as a trainee in S.M. On the first day as a trainee, she had the same practice room as Luhan's. When they met eye contact, their jaws dropped. "L-LIN!?" Luhan stuttered in shock. "Luhan! It's really you!!" she said in Chinese, ran to him and hugged him. He hugged her back. "Oh my gosh. I freaking missed you! Where've you been!?" he exclaimed. "Sorry.. I've been in Los Angeles too long, I guess. I was so surprised! You're an idol now!" she fired back. Luhan chuckled and smiled. "Uh.. Hyung?" Tao snapped him back. Since then, he introduced her to EXO and she became closer to them. (this was before she met Kris) The CEO saw this and told Luhan to be her mentor and teacher.
