personality } Hyunnie is the typical girly-girl. It's a really hard to find her without a smile on her face. She's really hardworking and polite. She tries her best to be nice to people, and a good role model to those around her. Shes gets embaressed easily, and is incrediably shy meeting new people. She stutters a bit and stumbles over her words. She gets frustrated easily under pressure, and won't hesitate to voice her frustration. Hyunnie is a tad bit clumsy, which leads her into very interesting situations. Only to add her to clumsy and shy nature, shes a complete scardey-cat and coward. Going to a haunted house would be the most crulest thing to do to her. Hyunnie is very patient and soft-hearted. She cries easily when something sad or amazing (like they win a award). When around her band-mates, she is very talkative, and stutters less often. Shes very affectionate (especially to cute things), Hyunnie is a bit uptight, and over protective of the younger members, acting like a nagging mom most of the time. She doesn't want them to get hurt, and is a worry-wart.

background } Hyunnie was the first born into a famiy who owned a Ramen Shop, and were great parents. Three years later, her baby brother was born. She grew up in Seoul, with her parents and younger brother. She first started to get into music when she started playing the violin when she was eight. She has wanted to grow up to be a violin prodigy. Although, after watching a newly debuted group, Wondergirls, on TV she realized that she wanted to become a idol. Her brother was very supportive of her, and always told her to do great, her parents had supported her from day one, and helped her by listening to her and giving critism when needed. 

    When she finally deemed herself ready, she auditioned at YG entertainment. It was very nerve-racking for her, and she stuttered while introducing herself that she was surprised they could even understand. She gave a beautiful performance with her violin, and her voice, but they thought she needed more pratice and she failed. To be honest, Hyunnie cried outside of the auditon room. It didn't put her down though, and she promised herself she would try again when she thought herself ready. Although, she had decided to audition at DBS media, and surprisingly, she got accepted. Shes been a trainee ever since.

style } Hyunnie's casual style is pretty girly. She loves to wear dresses and skirts, vibrant and soft colors. She doesn't like jeans all too much, but will wear them if they are the only article of pants available. For training, she wears clothes that she can sweat in and still feel comfortable. For airport fashion, she does still looks her best, but tries to be as comfortable as possible. That may be where she will wear jeans. For dorm wear, she really doesn't care, and will put on something comfy, even if it doesn't match. Thats the one place where she can let loose.

what were they like? } My trainee years were pretty hectic, but it got better. It really wasn't what I expected. At first, it was extremley hard and I admit, I had thoughts of quiting. I couldn't really adapt to the scedule. but it got better over time. I learned to just try your hardest, and you will eventualy succeed. My members, helped me through it, and always gave me support through the tough times. I'm glad I didn't decide to quit, because its pretty easy for me now.

Jongup shakes her hand, then asks Youngjae where he found a pretty girlfriend. (She wasn't meant to her that part, but she did) Hyunnie is too flustered to correct him, and is totally embaressed.

how you act around each other } Hyunnie gets really flustered and even more clumsy around the dancer. She can't really form a complete sentence, and is totally and utterly embaressed around him. Jongup is really silent, and a tad bit shy around Hyunnie since he thinks shes really pretty and talented. They have this awkward atmosphere since neither of them talk and they only do converse if Youngjae or somebody else is there. Some people like to tease them since and call them a married couple since they have the same last name.

Hyunae bowed deeply before standing straight and greeting the interviewer with a shy but friendly smile. "Annyeonghasseo, I'm happy to be here, it's a honor to chat with you."

​let's start... so, why did you want to be a trainee at DSP in the first place?

Hyunnie smiled brightly, and thought back to her pre-trainee life. "Well, I always had a interest in music, but what really motivated me was watching idols debut on TV. To be honest, DBS wasn't my first choice, but I'm happy I auditoned there."

​anyone in your sights lately? or do you just want to keep that to yourself?

Hyunnie's cheeks suddenly enflamed into a bright red tone. She laughed awkwardly before answering. "W-well...I'd keep that to myself..." 

​who is one idol you would like to meet along the way if you are chosen to be in starlite?

Hyunnie's eyes suddenly sparkled with excitment, and she answered excitedly, " Park Bom! Shes really a amazing singer, and I really look up to her since she debuted."

​how is it at DSP so far? did you ever make any friends, ever think of giving up? in other words, how was your experience up until now?

dHyunnie's face dimmed from the excitement and a sad smile graced her lips. " At first it was really hard, I did actually have thoughts of giving up along the way. Trainee life wasn't as easy and awesome as I'd thought it be. I have to say, it did get better over time, and I'm glad I didn't give up. I made amazing bonds with the trainees, and they are very supportive and encouraging."

Hyunnie's face suddenly went serious, and she fell silent. A few moments later, a bright smile lightened her face. " I would like to think it be girly theme, since I would love to see what stage outfits we'd wear
