question to all writers on AFF

im just wondering but when i write my story i just make it all up that instant, i dont have a plan before hand in my head. it just comes to me when i start writing

 

is this normal?

do you guys have this too?

most of the time, i write out what i want to write from start to finish but its just an outline of what i WANT in the story. other than that, i do make up somethings as i go along
but the outline does help

I always make a plan but then end up writing something completely different and then forget about what I wanted to write originally.

It seems normal for me, I can't really plan...like at all. One moment I have no ideas and then BOOM, suddenly I'm flooded with ideas about this and that...
Can be both good and bad, if you ask me xD
