Well here's what I found:                                                             (it was in Korean so imma translate it to you)

U-Kiss' member Eli Kim tells producers that he may be leaving the company (NH Media) for personal reasons. Although s, manager and other staffs treats him nicely, he says that there has been too much pressure lately. Eli will be going back to his hometwon (Washington DC) for a couple of months for personal issues but will return in late December this year. Eli said that he might sign a new contract with another company or he may consider another career if no other companies accepts him.

Although everyone was upset, Kevin (member of U-Kiss) could not hold back, his eyes went red and he began to get teary. Hoon, Soohyun and Kiseop (members of U-Kiss) took Kevin outside and tried their best to comfort him.

Although nothing has been confirmed yet, everyone was heart-broken upon hearing this. Eli also got a bit teary and gave each member a hug and thanked them for everything they've done for him. "I'm very grateful to have met my hyungs and dongsaengs, and I really thank the company for accepting me. I hope this won't come true because I don't want to see my members and fans cry. But I will let you guys know as soon as I get my issues sorted out." Eli stated.

There was more but it was just about Eli's past time in U-Kiss and the things the manager and producers said. I tried searching everywhere for what his problems were and everything but I couldn't find anything.

I'm really upset.
